酒店很好！設施很不錯！ 停車很不方便！ 服務差！不知道是不是因為過年期間工作量大，每一個崗位工作人員都很不開心，遇到店禮貌詢問前台停車情況，店員説“你趕緊把行李拿下來，我帶你去旁邊坡上停！這邊沒位子！你如果不想走非要在這裏停，那明早七點你就下來移車！”開始辦理入住，系統壞了，店員更不開心，其他很多入住客人全部在大廳等着。終於系統好了，很認真的溝通唯一要求就是安排稍微安靜一點的房間休息，確保第二天開車，另外一位穿着制服的服務員更不開心的頭也不抬對着我説“我們都是雙層玻璃，你自己關好就行了啊！你要是不關那肯定吵啊！”重點是這些溝通之前我們真的很禮貌的在説話哈哈哈，沒搞懂她們為啥那麼大脾氣！ 次日早餐廳，我在打咖啡，小朋友在我旁邊站着，結果煮米線的阿姨很大聲説“誒誒誒！小孩子不能去搞的哈！”就更奇怪了，我們家小朋友壓根沒有過來碰過咖啡機和咖啡杯！搞不懂為啥每一位工作人員都那麼大怨氣！
