Staff are warm and thoughtful, responsive The room is clean and comfortable, the bedding is high-quality, creating a home away from home experience Environment and facilities Beautiful indoor and outdoor environment, good greening, some hotels are unique in design (such as dream castle style). Fully equipped and modern, including gym, swimming pool, spa center, etc., to meet leisure needs Location and convenience Conveniently located close to popular attractions such as subway stations and Disney, some hotels provide shuttle services. The surrounding dining is rich, the specialties are authentic, and the price is high.

The room is OK, the bed is large and comfortable, and the rain water is relatively large, which is very good. It was when I encountered ** guests harassment at check-in, the front desk clerk did not say anything, and did not help to solve the problem. I was very disappointed. In addition, the kitchen is estimated to be insufficient for more guests during the festival. The breakfast millet porridge has not been added and has not been supplemented. It shows that the management level needs to be improved.

1. This stay experience is great! The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep is particularly practical. The service staff is warm and responsive, and any needs can be solved in time. The breakfast is also very rich and tastes good. Overall, the price is very high, will recommend to friends. 2. The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, and there are all kinds of food, drink and fun around. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped and brand new, and very convenient to use. The check-in and check-out at the front desk are efficient and the service is thoughtful. The overall atmosphere makes people feel very relaxed and it is a very satisfying stay experience.

Confirm the delay rights with the front desk, the first sentence should be praised (this is no problem, I have stayed in the hotel more than 20 times and it has always been praised, it doesn't matter), I want to explain that two points are the content of the confirmation letter, just said a few words, the second sentence came about the meaning (good good is two points is two points) Hey, if I refuse to delay the rights when I confirm, I don't say anything. The confirmation letter states that two points are not contractual obligations that should be fulfilled. Why is it a ”unreasonable request” at the front desk? I checked out around 11 o'clock, and it was really interesting to use that right. I stayed once last time, the hotel environment is still good, 3 stars for the hotel, two stars for the male front desk

The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the sleep was particularly stable. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, the hygiene is in place, and the overall experience is very good.

Huaixi hotel front desk warm service, the room is quite big breathable, clean and odorless, the location is very good, the Huainan Bus Station is nearby, compared to the surrounding budget hotels, the price is very high, and I will come to live later!
