The hotel service was excellent. Yesterday afternoon, I was sightseeing in the ancient city when it suddenly started raining heavily, and I got completely soaked. The location is in the old town, close to ancient wall, Diantou food street, and almost all popular touristic spots. The owner is kind and helpful. She helped us find a private car with a guide to Dingwuling village. The room is a bit small but provided all necessary equipment. The hotel also has a washing machine and an area for drying clothes.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful. They offered a fruit platter and even brought me honey water in the middle of the night when I had a stomachache. So considerate! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

One day is enough for sightseeing. Don't stay for two days. If you have good legs and feet, you can walk. Don't take a taxi. Local taxis will ask for a fare increase when going to farther places. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were complete and clean. There was also a rooftop terrace where you could sit and enjoy the breeze. Shampoo and shower gel came in small packages, so I suggest you bring your own if you mind. The overall environment was quiet and cozy, and the price was great. The owners, a husband and wife, were also very welcoming. It was my first time staying in a guesthouse, and overall, I had a good experience!
