The hotel's hardware is excellent, but its service and management get a zero. We checked in after 4 PM, and the room wasn't even ready yet. I enjoyed my first night so much that i extended my stay. Rooms and service were still top notch. When i left the hotel and arrived at my next destination, 200kms away, i noticed i forgot my passport and wallet with cash inside. My heart stopped and i started panicking. Fortunately, the staff quickly found my passport and money. They ordered an SF, to ship overnight express my passport to my location and it arrived promptly. My cash couldn’t be sent. So the hotel staff sent me the money electronically. I would’ve been stranded and living on the street unsure of what to do, but the staff at 水西 calmly guided and resolved the issue.
