GGUSTAVOThis is one of those off-the-beaten-path hotels. That remain engraved in memory. Firstly for the architecture and style. It was an old sheep slaughterhouse in the Chilean Patagonia region. During the renovation, they kept all the history and equipment of the old refrigerator.
Wonderful rooms with immense views of the lake. Perfect decoration and very comfortable.
Restaurant is another highlight. Wonderful, gourmet cuisine and impeccable service from the salon staff. Perfect breakfast. If there's one point I could suggest, it's to improve the wine list a little more, as Chile has so many wineries and wonderful wine options that I found the restaurant's wine list a little out of line with Chile's potential. But nothing that compromises the whole.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, the information is wrong. This is not a youth hostel. It is a very stylish boutique hotel. The owner is a young man from Finland, and there are two cute dogs. The decoration is classical and distinctive, the room is warm and comfortable, and the bed is very good to sleep. Breakfast is also rich, or a relatively satisfactory experience.

JJasin LinaBreathtakingly Gorgeous, At the first I was arrived at parking lot, I thought I am making the wrong booking.
But when I entered, it's relief looks very nice living room, and then when approach to the simple lobby, wow, the reception is very friendly and very helpful.
She walk with us to the room, and wowww, the view is spectacular.
We book for 2 night here, I am a bit regret, why not just stay for 4 night here ??
The location is a bit far from the city, but it's wort it, I will love to come back if I visit Punta Arenas again
The Design of the room is amazingly gorgeous, full of arts, same as at the living room, there is a museums too
Strongly recommend all type of traveler to stay here, it a MUST

RRichard GaoThe location of the hotel is so good. You can see the snow-capped mountains, fjords and sunset at a glance while sitting in the room or restaurant. The hotel service is first-class, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich, and boiled water is provided. There is a dedicated free parking lot. The best experience is: you can take a walk on the beach at any time🚶

CCarmyThe omelette for breakfast was good and this hostel was a good location being a short walking distance to the restaurants/cafes/bars. Our room in the corner on the ground floor smelled like sewage but the room next to it did not smell and it was clear that the hostel knew about this without informing us.
