"Unfortunately we couldn't swim in the sea, because there was a lot of jelly fish, otherwise the beach is nice and clean. There is no free indoor play corner for the kids, only one playroom which has different activities for a small fee. Otherwise it has 2 outdoor playgrounds. All in all, great resort."

"We were held at reception for nearly an hour when booking in as we had ID with our driving licence but we did not bring our passports as we live in Ho Chi Minh. Interesting that the holiday Inn located in the same lobby does not require passports for check in but Intercontinental claim it is required by law. Clearly they are making that up! Disappointing for what is supposed to be a 5 star hotel! The rooms are really nice, but it took some time to get over the incident above. When you are in the hotel your only option is to buy food from them and they raise the prices significantly. We ate at their burger place as friends had children with them and the quality was way below what you would expect from a five star hotel and the prices they charge. Something to consider before booking."

The staff are amazingly friendly and will attend to any requests. The resort is situated right next to the beach with amazing weather all round and is home to the famous Angsana Spa for an unwind."

"That place is a dream. The 2 restaurant have good choices and super delicious food as well as the breakfast. The staff is super friendly and thoughtful. There is a construction next to the hotel so will be interesting what happened when they open. But for now it is super quiet and empty. If you have a villa private pool you have everything you need to relax. Don’t miss on the nice massage in the spa if you like."

"5 stars for service quality, especially the service attitude and friendliness of the staff. My family had a very happy and satisfied stay. Good food, affordable prices, especially the breakfast buffet is very diverse. Green space, airy, lots of facilities for children, my favorite is the vegetable garden at Carmelina. "A brand new resort with very friendly stuff . My husband and I spent 7 days at the resort in a standard king room with ocean views, the room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The best part was having a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table. Although the resort has good facilities 3 days to spend there is more than enough, during the week there is hardly any guest staying at the hotel, on the weekends is absolutely packed. Breakfast is good with lots of cooked Asian variety , but it can get very heavy for breakfast, apart from bacon and eggs and some pastries there is not much western food variety. Do not order cappuccino at the hotel restaurant as they don't know how to make it :( There is a pier about 700 m away from the resort - walking distance where there are a few restaurants as well as some water sports activities. Ho Tram city center is about 10 km away which is worth visiting as it is a lovely place, it comes alive at night with all the lights on. Overall a beautiful experience."
