"Great location a short walk from the train station. Self check-in was easy to do and get a key. Room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I was allocated a top bunk but they easily changed it to a lower one for me. Cafe area is nice, lots of seating downstairs to be sociable. Prices are very budget friendly. Breakfast hands lots of choice. Would recommend and stay again."

"The hotel is located just opposite the train station. Aircon can get a bit hot at night so would suggest setting it to at least 21 deg. Toilet is warmer than the rest of the room and much appreciated during cold weather. Would be better if toothbrushes were provided without us having to request for them :) Would also be better to have a shower screen so the water doesn't splash out of the bath tub while bathing. Body soap dispenser tends to squirt out quite far so be careful when pressing it. Other than that, the room and toilet were very spacious."

"The hotel is located in a quiet area. For those who have a car - a great location: free parking and good transport (public transport) accessibility to Venice. The hotel (both in terms of room equipment and service approach) is from the recent past, namely old equipment, but everything works, a creaky mattress, but quite comfortable. Spanish plumbing, but old. Clean linen. When checking in, they give you a key with a huge ”keychain” so you don't take the key with you and the TV remote control, which you need to hand in along with the key when checking out. Check-out is not quite at the standard time - at 10:30"

"Air conditioning is non-existent. Despite flagging this daily with the reception staff, we were told numerous excuses and conflicting stories about what the AC could be set to.
For a four star hotel I also expect more than one tea bag per day (when two adults sharing). Everything just seem to be money saving orientated!
The breakfast is appalling quality too.
The room itself was perfect for what we needed and extremely clean. Bed also very comfortable. But unfortunately those issues stated above made for an unpleasant stay overall."

"We had booked a family 3 bed room. The room was very spacious and comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom with all amenities including bathtub. The room even had a balcony attached. All in all great. The breakfast was a bit of a let down ...even though it was a good spread everything seemed to be a bit on the sweet side . The quality was average. The hotel itself is walking distance to the mestre station which was convenient. The hotel staff were helpful and cheerful. Venice by train is only 1.5 euro away."

"It was a nice place. There wasn’t a lot to do there, mainly a few swimming pools and a limited bar. The bar was open but limited, as it was being decorated. It’s not that close to the main area of Venice. On the up side, there wasn’t a shuttle bus that took you there and returned you as well. It had set times, and the price was very reasonable. The room was ok, I have had one like it before. I had a few problems, one of the shower heads didn’t work properly and the sink didn’t drain very well, took some time. Overall, it did the job and it was tidy."

"The location was quite good because, it was very quiet and safety around the hotel we actually walk a little it was so nice, but it’s quite far away from the station bus is kinda difficult to go Venice city, other than that, it was good location , they also have Lidl close to the hotel. And hotel staff were nice too. And the room was so nice ! And it was very clean! It was was really comfortable staying 😆 but just one problem was sink was always leaking, so it was impossible to flow water all the time! Other than that, it was so nice:) thank you so much 😊"

"My wife and I checked in on a Tuesday after getting off a 9 day cruise. We arrived earlier than we had expected and earlier than check in time. They jumped right on getting our room ready, that same night my wife started getting very sick. I went to the mall, that is just down the street from the hotel, and picked up some covid test kit and found out that she had covid. The staff jumped through hoops to meet our needs, Called me cab to take my wife to the hospital, furnished bus route and schedule, extended our stay by 2 days helped with finding a drug store where i could get meds for the wife then called me a cab to get me there. There is much more that they assisted me with while there and showing concern for the wife's health.
The breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen and service there was great.

GGuest UserGenerally this hostel was pretty good with a great atmosphere and vibe, and it’s a great place to meet people and have a good time. However I was a bit annoyed that the people running the events seem to make decisions that are unethical and pretty much showed guests they don’t matter. During karaoke night I signed up myself and a friend up to sing one song each, and they skipped our songs, then showed me they created a completely new list (which included our songs), then they decided to pick and choose what they wanted to hear from the new list. Basically, instead of going based on the que, they decided who got to sing. Whoever did that needs to be fired. That is not the way to treat guests when you want them to participate in hostel events. Do better

SSuzyyyWe love the hotel room, it’s so spacious, clean and beautiful 😍 However, the location is not the best, it’s 18 minutes walk from the train station and still have to take another train ( 2 stops) to Venice. Initially we thought the hotel will provide free shuttle service, but we were only told that our package is not included with the shuttle service and need to pay 20 euro per person for one way in order to use the shuttle service.
This is a very small villa and I think they are short of staff to work? There’s only one receptionist when we first arrived, and when he directed us to the wrong room, he tapped the door and someone was inside??? He later then told us it’s a wrong room. When we came back at night, there are no receptionist at the counter ( we waited for 5-10 mins and rang the counter bell).
We were so surprised that the cleaner that cleaned our room did not top up water for us, and didn’t even replace new glasses/ wash our glasses? The used glasses were remained on the same spots.
Overall I think we mainly enjoyed the room, but mainly not there for service or if you need to travel out to Venice.

If you exit Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, you need to take the Line 5.1 water bus (45-50 minutes) to Lido Station.
It takes 17-20 minutes to walk from Lido S.M.E Station. If you have a lot of luggage, such as (2 pieces/more than 2 pieces), it is recommended to call a car directly. It is quite tiring to walk and push the suitcase.
The hotel room I was given this time was very large, enough for 4 people~ I booked a double bed room for 1-2 people online (at that time, a friend was still waiting to decide whether to join)~ In the end, my friend was not able to join~ But the room the hotel gave me had 3 beds (1 double bed + 2 single beds) which was a bit unexpected~ It is more suitable for family travel.
The hotel environment is very good~ Facing the sea and spring flowers blooming.
There is a courtyard, lawn and chairs at the door of the room for rest ~ a strong seaside villa holiday style ~

But I didn't see any slippers. Of course, you have to get water from the minibar ~ and of course you have to buy it yourself ~ This is similar in European hotels. It's within the expected situation.
For breakfast - the overall difference between hotels in Europe with a price range of 1-1.5k/night is not big: mainly Western style - bread, milk, juice, eggs, ham, cheese, coffee... Chinese stomachs have to overcome themselves.
Travel is also quite convenient. If you need to go to the main island or other islands, walk 1.1 kilometers to Lido Station to take the water bus.

GGuest UserDog friendly and people friendly we liked this hotel very much. The room was spotlessly clean and clearly had been renovated not too long ago. The wifi was reasonable enough whilst breakfast was great - lot of variety with very nice bread. The best was that they allow dogs to sit on the covered terrace by the pool whilst you are having breakfast which is very convenient. I was not a huge fan of the parking - it was very tight as the spaces were small. I preferred to park 5 minutes away on foot in free parking spaces by the road. They charged 10 euros per night for the dog. The location was Jesolo Pinetta which is at the far end of lido di Jesolo which meant you needed to drive to be part of the action. Having said that we found a friendly very reasonable pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. It also meant there was no noise to keep you awake at night. In summary I felt that the hotel was good value especially given that we were staying in lido di Jesolo in the middle of summer!

The room is big enough for 5 people, but there are only 3 beds (including a double bed). If the third child does not have an extra bed, you still have to pay 25 euros more. There are Lidl and restaurants nearby (5 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bus, 20 minutes on foot).
