Very good experience, comfortable beds, everything clean, good food, the only thing was the internet signal that did not reach well, I was on the ninth floor, everything was ideal in the room but when I wanted to connect it was difficult for the phone and the television to pick up the signal. Internet signal, that's my only complaint.

The hotel is very new, the interior and exterior decoration are very good, can't pick the shortcomings! But unfortunately it was too cold outside and did not sit outside to watch the small train. It is also a pity that because it is winter, there is no pool, the pool looks very good! Love the garden room! The small balcony is also super cute!
Breakfast is also very satisfied! Rich and delicious! And the placement is very neat, the obsessive-compulsive disorder is very comfortable hahahaha.
I want to stay here next time I have a chance~

I don't like to give all 5 stars in my rating, but in the case of this hotel I can't help but give it. I've been going here for several years and the hotel is getting better and better. Thanks to all the staff and special thanks to Linda! Everything works well. This year it's even better than last year. The restaurant has changed a lot for the better. Special thanks to the chef!

Overall, we felt very comfortable in the hotel. It was clean and the service was good. All of our requests were fulfilled, such as renting a parasol or having breakfast outside of regular hours. The location is very central and a few meters from the beach. The hotel also had several pools and roof terraces that were very pleasantly designed. Our room also had a sea and city view with a spacious balcony. The room furnishings were functional and the bed was very comfortable (king size plus). The breakfast was varied, there was a good selection of fresh fruit, and the coffee was also very good. Most of the guests were English, but the atmosphere was relaxed and uncomplicated. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The staff were so lovely and made us feel special from the moment we walked through. The room, reception and outside area were clean and in excellent condition. We honestly would have been happy to just stay in the hotel by the pool. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby which helped and great buses into Palma and the airport made our stay convenient. We would highly recommend.

The hotel is located at the highest point on the island, and it is no problem to drive there, but the hotel itself has few parking spaces, and it is impossible to make reservations in advance. If you drive by yourself, you can only park in the nearby town, which is about a 10-minute walk.
The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, good in quality and taste👍, and the dining environment is also very beautiful, facing the sea and a small island🏝️.
The hotel staff is polite. I had a small accident when I was swimming in the sea below the hotel. Fortunately, a waiter from the hotel came to help. Thank you very much🙏.
All in all, this trip was great.

It also has good path for walking and the reception area was also very cozy. But since it was old building, they did not have many electrical cords. If you bring many electronics, you better bring a mulit-outlet to charge.

Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation.
The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years.
One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. TThe Traveler CoupleThe place of the hotel was literally closed to the beach front and alot of restaurants. I’m sorry if I will give three for the cleanliness, it was based on my experience but maybe once you try it you won’t experience what I experienced. But this hotel is beautiful but I think for summer time it doesn’t deserve the price they offer. Amenities is perfect because they have some saunas and some other stuff if ever the weather will be unpredictable and thats a big deal that I like with the hotel.

It’s in a little town in the side of the mountains, on the left of the island which is the perfect place to kick back and relax. The location is good if you want to do nothing but chill and eat at the authentic restaurants but if you want more to do, this area may not be for you. Hotel staff were so welcoming and accommodating, I couldn’t recommend it enough :)

SSam_AleeMy breakfast was included during my stays and as I told them to pack my breakfast because I leave early morning before their breakfast time starts. They promised me they will give us Sandwiches and other related items whereas they give us some unhealthy and bad condition cookies and wafers. I didn't even check because I trust them. But when I saw this, I was shocked and called the hotel number and they replied they didn't know anything about this. How funny!! I was really disappointed.

My view from room was awful, I had end room so my balcony faced a wall and had some garbage from other guests thrown down into it. Cleared that up myself.
Room size excellent! Really felt at home in my room.
Bathroom had some cleanliness issues, saw many short curly light brown hairs on sink, shower floor, on shower gel and shower handle. But this didn’t ruin anything. For the room, the only thing I will say is it’s missing basic hotel room items like kettle tea/coffee making facilities. Body cream little bits like that in the bathroom.
Apart from that it was a great stay and I would return!
