I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee …
The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down

"We stayed on the side of the hotel near the train track. We didn’t sleep much at night. It was too noisy. We wanted to feel like the train was going into the room. It was deafening and the child was crying. This was a very dissatisfied and unpleasant experience."

GGuest UserThe hotel is on the edge of the city, about 3 kilometers from the city center. The hotel's laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer, and the service will stop at 8:30 pm, so if you want to wash your clothes, you have to seize the opportunity.

Wwanderlust3000Heard reviews of car thefts at the parking lot that got us worried but there was none of it during our stay. Car park was pretty well lit. The room we got initially had a broken door that couldn’t lock so we had to pack up and move to another room. Happy that the hotel upgraded us a suite as they were not able to find a room that had the same layout as the one we booked.

You can park for free, pay attention to the area, the front desk will register the license plate number, and put a strip on the dashboard. The traffic is full. There are 7-11 blocks per block, and there are not many things.

BBCnowThe Plaza was such a lovely surprise. We were immediately impressed by the fireplace at the entry and the professional welcoming staff. The entire hotel has been lovingly restored. The room was absolutely spotless. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous in a beautifully furnished restaurant. But the icing on the cake was the staff, who guided us through the history of this magnificent historical building. A highlight of our road trip.

It’s a great place for a short stay—perfect for an overnight or a one- to two-day trip. While the location is a bit far from downtown, there’s ample parking available, which was very convenient.

XXINLANCalculating the surrounding price is relatively cheap. A twin room was set up and the faucet was found to be bad after check-in. The family suite with a kitchen (one big one small two beds + one sofa bed) was upgraded free of charge. The decoration is relatively old, and the price can't ask too much. Family room kitchen pot is less, a pan + a soup pot, if you want to open your own, you can only cook a noodle. Breakfast is very simple, bread, milk, yogurt, muffins, cakes, jams, butter, that's all. There is a supermarket opposite, it is very convenient to buy things.

林林Driving from Victoria to Jasper National Park, it's great to live here! The front desk service is very friendly. Although the language is not fluent, I quickly moved in with a few sentences of unfamiliar English and added an extra bed. The rooms are not large, the facilities are complete, clean, and it is affordable to stay one night. Breakfast variety has good nutrition.
