as always, we utilize this Parkes hotel for business very convenient to CBD very clean cant fault this location. handy to shops and restaurants , pubs and clubs it's the best location off the highway no trucks at night.

Very friendly staff , excellent location. Huge bed and clean and tidy room. The man at reception helped me with places to eat. Lovely restaurant right next door to the hotel. Ample parking. Parkes is a lovely small town. When in Parkes make sure you visit The Dish.

Lovely motel, middle of town. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The free laundry facilities were a huge bonus when you are travelling. The managers were very accommodating and friendly. Could not have chosen a nicer place.

Very comfortable and clean room. Good insulation in walls to mitigate neighbour's noise. Very welcoming. Car parking is a tad problematic.

Excellent accommodation. Close and central to everything. Clean and great for families. Finding places for family of 5 can be hard.. but the girls each had their own beds.

Great location. Easy check-in with happy greeting. Lots of parking. Large room. Kitchenette. Lovely shower and bathroom. We slept in...which we don't normally do....so great bed!

I wouldn’t bother staying here unless you are profoundly deaf. The noise from the air conditioning compressors, which obviously don’t get serviced regularly, will keep you awake all night as they are just above the door (downstairs rooms). Ours roared like a jet engine for 5 minutes then went quiet for 3 minutes & when ours was quiet the one next door fired up – very disconcerting. The pillow top bed was uncomfortable as we both woke up with sore backs. The positives are: the man on Reception was very nice, the location is convenient & the hot water system is good.
