A very comfortable, large & quiet room. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed as we had planned to eat there. Being a fair walk from the rest of the town didn't leave us many options, however, the lady on reception suggested the Royal Hotel which delivered which worked out well.

Didn't like my stay, it is okay, but I wouldn't recommend it. The bathroom was very small, the airconditioner was not so good. The room was quite dark, and stuffy. It was clean enough. The reception staff was also friendly. I'll look for somewhere else next time.

Ticked a lot of boxes & the most important one was that it was on the Nowell Highway facing it and after battling with the Sash Type Window for a while the Double Glazed Window setup worked very efficiently & would probably stay here again if passing through.

We stayed for one night and it was so refreshing to walk into a clean comfortable room . Plenty of tea / coffee and milk plus biscuits , Foxtel , comfortable bed and the receptionist advised us on the best place for a feed . Will be back when in the area again

Clean, nice motel. Tea /coffee provided and a biscuit! One night stay so was great for that reason. If needed we would stay again. It has a pool but was too cold to try it out. Free parking right outside room. Foxtel on tv which was a bonus. Quiet area/motel. Reception closes a bit early so don’t leave it too late to book.

Lovely Motel, our room was spacious, clean and updated. We had a fantastic spa bath, microwave, fridge, cutlery and enough crockery for dinner and breakfast. We had a lovely area outside our until to watch the sunset, we then sat by the community fire pit with another couple. Only 20km to the famous 'Dish', well worth a visit. Highly recommend this lovely Inn.

Stayed here for one night as we were traveling through and wanted somewhere we didn't have to travel for an evening meal. The staff were wonderful at check in. We were given room 19 which was nice and quiet with no road noise. The room was quite large with a queen bed and lots of bench space, A/C, lounge ,dining table with two chairs, Fridge,cutlery and crockery,microwave and tea and coffee. Bathroom was large with shower screen door lots of light and space. We went to the Miners Rest on site restaurant and had two wonderful home cooked meals at a very reasonable price. They also have a bar there too. I would recommend this place to others if staying overnight and do try their restaurant.

I didn't stay here as I didn't get past the phone booking. When I asked if breakfast and dinner was still available I was told no. I commented on how this property has declined since I last stayed there some years ago when one could have dinner and a good breakfast (including a tray breakfast to the room the night before which I value being an early starter) . When I said I would stay somewhere else that provided a breakfast tray to the room the person started to weasel out of it and offer me a tray breakfast. You either offer it or you don't. Unfortunately for the motel but fortunately for me there were plenty of other motels in Parkes service offering a tray breakfast.

Reception staf was friendly, welcoming and helpful. We stayed in No. 15 Queen room. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Nothing worse than having a lousy shower head. This one was perfect with lovely hot water. The room was quiet, maybe just a little traffic noise but nothing enough to keep us awake. The connecting restaurant was not operating but we were able to order our dinner online with the Railway Hotel and they would deliver to the Motor Inn. Pet friendly and wheelchair access if required. Would definitely stay here again.
