A+ in every regard - absolutely loved everything about it - already booking our next trip there...every person at the hotel from front desk to room service to restaurant staff to the ski butler team to the excellent GM Jamie, stellar. Design of the hotel - the gym - rooftop pool and spa - excellent.

If you go to Deer Valley, you have to stay at the Goldener Hirsch and enjoy the roof top pool and hot thub, the fitness center and all the amenities. On top of that you are ski in ski out, you'll be first on the lifts. The food, the drinks and the coffee shop and pastries are also amazing.

We had a lovely stay. Luis was wonderful. Our room was amazing. The pool was fantastic. Can't say enough good things about the staff.. and the fondue. The sauna was never on or hot and the door was open. There was no in-room dining after 10 pm or availability to purchase alcohol or food. There was no mini bar with alcohol in the room either - this might be a Utah thing.

Amazing facilities and the most welcoming and helpful staff I have ever seen across an entire property. All of the dining options hit the mark, and the ski valet service meant never lifting a finger except to put on your boots. The rooftop glass front hot tub was amazing, and the free afternoon s’mores with homemade marshmallows and graham crackers were over the top.

Without a doubt a 5 Star experience from start to finish! Exceptional property with a staff to match…one of our favorite stays anywhere in the world…every year! I’m not sure I could find a negative thing to say about this world class hotel…a stunner
