The service here is very good, the attitude is very good, it has just been renovated, but it is a bit far from the subway, it takes 10 minutes to walk, and the room is a bit small.
If you’re looking for a conveniently located place close to the train, this is absolutely one of the best options you can find. The proximity to the train station is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk, making it incredibly easy to get to wherever you need to go. Whether you’re commuting for work, heading out for a day of sightseeing, or running errands, the location ensures you won’t waste any time traveling.
What stands out most is how stress-free the experience is. There’s no need to worry about finding a taxi or dealing with traffic; the train station is literally right there, which makes it ideal for those who value efficiency and convenience. This is particularly beneficial if you have a tight schedule or need to catch early morning or late-night trains. The ease of access alone makes this place a top choice for frequent travelers or anyone relying on public transport.
Additionally, the area around the location is well-equipped with amenities. You’ll find cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so you can grab a quick meal, coffee, or anything else you might need before hopping on the train. The neighborhood also feels safe, even if you’re arriving or departing late at night. The well-lit streets and bustling activity around the station provide an added layer of comfort and security.
The convenience extends beyond just the train station. Public transport links are excellent, with buses and taxis readily available, making this location a central hub for all kinds of travel. If you’re visiting for the first time, you’ll quickly realize how much time and effort you save by being so close to everything.
In short, if ease of access to a train station is a priority for you, this location checks all the boxes. It’s perfect for short stays, business trips, or even as a long-term base. The level of convenience and accessibility it offers cannot be overstated—highly recommended for anyone who values being connected to the city’s transport network!

The location is very good, very close to the MRT and the bus, and there are many good restaurants around. At the hotel, everyone is kind and friendly. Everything is clean and well looked after. Overall, the room was fine and the bed was comfortable, very comfortable. The price is also good.
Made a last minute booking on the way to Paris so probably book at a discounted price!
Highly recommend!
The location is perfect like 1-2min walk to metro & supermarket & mcdonalds.
Located in 15th arrondissement which said to be the local french residential area and is very safe. Surrounded by many bakeries and bistros nearby.
The room is relatively small but enough for solo traveler like me, dont think theres enough space to open another suitcase. The shower space is wide enough n have enough water pressure which u can adjust unlike many others, so does the bed, very comfy. I had a great shower and sleep to recharge overnight!
Placed luggage to pre-check-in as i arrived the city early morning, they helped delivering my luggage to the room already before im back in the afternoon. P.S. There is a small elevator.
We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the room is relatively small but really pretty. The toilet and the bathroom however is separated which is good for group travelling like us. The staff is really nice and very accommodating. She even helped to guide us on where to go for our trip and what's the best route or mode of transportation to take to get to the destination. Overall the hotel is clean, comfortable and definitely coming back to stay here again if we're coming to Paris soon.
Location: 2 minutes walk from Porte d’Aubervillies, Metro Station No. 12. Since it is very close to the metro, you can hear the sound of the metro running in the room (even though my room is on the top 7th floor). The hotel is about half an hour away from the city center by metro.
Service: The front desk staff is very friendly, providing free luggage storage, and a filtered water purifier for free water.
I booked a single room and was arranged on the 7th floor. However, the hotel's elevator can only go up to the 6th floor. If you have large luggage, you need to carry it to the last floor by yourself.
Nice hotel, strategically located near grocery and restaurants. But very small bathroom and the water either too hot or too cold, nothing in the middle, took a long time more than 5 minutrs to only adjust the water
I stayed for 5 nights.
There was no refrigerator, but there was a kettle, which was convenient.
When I checked in, they told me how to get to the tourist spots, how to use the app, how to greet people, and many other things! It was very helpful! All the staff were kind.
The subway station was right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. It was about a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Also, the access to the main tourist spots was very good.
The room was cleaned every day. I read reviews about things being stolen, but that never happened.
There was enough space for two suitcases to be spread out. There were plenty of outlets.
There were no bathrobes, slippers, or shampoo and conditioner, but there was body soap, lotion, toothbrushes, soap, and cups.
They also kept my suitcase after I checked out, which was very helpful!
A great hotel next to the Dupleix station, safe and quiet. Around 10-15 minutes to go to Eiffel tower. Anyway, I went here by train and leave by taxi, both are convenient for you to have any planning for trip.
Very good location, near to Eiffel Tower and restaurants. The room was small and just good enough for two people. We found some stains on the bed but generally the room was clean and tidy. The receptionist is available most of the time, but he’s not friendly when he speak. Asked for extra water but they don’t provide it. It is sufficient for a short stay.

VVincyLeeThe hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel.
Room is clean, the kitchen is nice and well equipped. Perfect for 2 people, couple or family. Staff are helpful and efficient.
AAngelica71Stayed during Olympics, fantastic location near to south Paris arena. Quite spacious room compared to other hotels in Paris. The only thing I would suggest to improve is that only two bottles of complementary water were given to a room accommodate four and refused to provide more when asking. You need to get to the bar on ground floor to buy.
CccWe were very surprised when our luggages were already in our room when we try to check in at night after coming back from our short trip. Staffs were very helpful and would stay there if we ever visit France again. The staffs assist in helping keep 10 luggages on the last day without complain while we continue exploring and shopping. The only negative of this hotel was the hair drying machine in toilet wasn't effective at all in the cold weather and the counter did not have the black handheld hairdryer when we went down to request it.
WWENNINGThe room is very small, no slippers, hot water kettle, refrigerator, no toothbrush, toothpaste, and shower cap. But it's clean, and the soundproofing is poor. Some compatriots are talking loudly in the corridor and it is very noisy. There is no place to put an extra bed. There is not much to go shopping around the hotel, there are many beggars on the street, it doesn't feel very good.
HHyeryunI had an unsettling experience during my stay. Despite having the ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, a man tried to enter the room, saying he needed to clean the windows. However, the reception confirmed it wasn't the cleaning day. The reception double checked it and she said it’s cleaning day, and said that it was a mistake.
What if I had been in the shower or had my things out and go out? I don’t even want to imagine. I believe this should have been communicated in advance, and the lack of notice was a hotel mistake.
Very very offensive.
GGuest UserThe very friendly welcome, the perfect room, with towels, soap / shampoo, shower mat, the bed is very comfortable, the storage space is very good, the breakfast gives a lot of choice, TV included.
In short at the top!
AAnonymous UserLocation is great, few minutes from the rail station.
Price is reasonable for less demand travelers for room and hotel facilities.
Staff are friendly and outgoing, willing to deal with our problems and questions.
There are restaurants and supermarket nearby, it is convenient.
뿅뿅I only stayed here during my 2 nights and 3 days trip to Paris. When I woke up on the first day, I got a bug bite on my neck, but I thought it wasn't a bed bug. But after a while, the saliva spread to my arms. Stayed here and was bitten by a bed bug. I tried to save money in a cheap place, but only the treatment fee went several times.
If you don't want to be like me, find a clean place even if you pay a little more.
GGuest UserTravelling for a conference and stayed in the hotel for 5 nights in total. The hotel’s location is great, just opposite to the metro station, with walking distance to my conference venue. The staff were friendly and polite, my special thanks to Vincent who’s helpful and supportive! Room was spotless clean— their staff cleaned the room everyday. Overall great experience.
PPunkow23Staying at Chouette Hotel in Paris was an absolute delight for my first visit! The cozy ambiance and charming decor welcomed me after a day of exploring the city. The staff's warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to cafes and attractions. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend Chouette Hotel for a memorable stay in Paris.
