Perfect for a business trip, everybody was very kind to us and helpful. The place is convienient, closed to the airport, and from the center of Paris. Soundproofing of the rooms don't look very high, but never been disturbed by sound from the adjoining room. May be not the best hotel in Paris, but very nice staff and good enough for few nights in the city. And the canal area is a great place.

Convenient transportation, not far from the subway, the hotel environment is good, not the kind of old street, although there are more black people, but it seems to be the person who lives at home. The hotel rooms are small but meet the needs. The exit of the subway station is the Chinese restaurant ”Xinwang Building”, which is worth recommending

This is a Bio (Organic) Italian restaurant, a very short walk from the Tour de Eiffel. The service (in both French and English was friendly and prompt. We ordered from the Plat du Jour - Spaghetti Carbonara and the Veal Milanese with a hot goats cheese salad to start and a absolutely delicious tiramisu for dessert all for the grand price of 15 Euros each. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and despite the fact that we live quite far away in the 5th, we will be returning here again for sure. Certainly worth trying this place out!

Extremely nice hostel, with friendly staff and access to a free gym. The hostel was high quality with good quality beds. Staff were friendly and the free gym, although small was a lovely bonus. Area around hostel was nice with some cafes and other food places all worth trying out

The hotel has all the facilities of a basic budget accommodation. Also as it is an Accor brand, you can expect the standard room amenities and layout. I stayed at this property for 2 nights. There is nothing amazing about it, but you get what you pay for! The hotel wasn't too cheap either and I paid about €300 for two nights jncl. taxes (note I stayed during the Paris Air Show week as I was attending the show. All hotels in Paris were equally or even higher priced). My check-in was carried out by an extremely rude and unprofessional male member of the staff. He was neither welcoming nor happy to do his job. Halfway through the check-in process, he referred me to his female colleague as the system wasn't working on his side. To my luck, the female staff member was really polite and respectful. She was not only warm and courteous, but also efficient in the way she carried out her duties. I quickly went to my room The room itself is nothing special. It has basic furniture, a desk and chair, TV, hangers for your clothes and bed side racks. The bathroom was quite tiny and while taking a shower, the entire bathroom got wet and flooded. I think the shower cubicle has a leakage. The bathroom just had one bottle of all purpose body and hair wash. There was no hand wash near the basin. The towels were of cheap quality - but again, this is Ibis Budget, so not expecting anything more! The room was well maintained and clean, which is nice! I had chosen a breakfast included rate, but oh my, the breakfast was a joke! The bread and croissant tasted industrial and it felt like they were delivered from outside. Too bad for a hotel to not bake its own bread or croissant! There were two types of juices - it said fresh, but it tasted artificial. There was yogurt, stale looking fruit pieces, cream cheese, butter and boiled egg. That's all! The least they could have kept is flavoured yogurt, some ham and maybe scrambled eggs! This was absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. But again, the staff was courteous here and the cafeteria was clean at least! During checkout, I requested to store my bags for a few hours and to my surprise they charge hotel guests €2 per bag! This is ridiculous! Even though I don't mind paying the money but I feel a hotel guest must never have to pay to store their bags! It's not like people are coming from the street to store their bags in this hotel! C'mon Accor Group, you can let hotel guests store their bags for free - it's basic courtesy and hospitality! The hotel is located at the very end of the Metro line 12 in Aubervilliers. The neighborhood is okay to spend 1-2 nights maximum. Even though I didn't have any safety issues, I must say at times I felt an eerie feeling. But again in Paris, you must be careful of pickpockets everywhere. The only plus point is its proximity to CDG Airport and direct metro access to Paris City. Will I stay here again? Very nice and brand new hotel straddling the 1/2 area of ​​Paris. The n12 metro is very convenient directly under the hotel to get to the center in about 20 minutes. Nearby there is a very good boulangerie for breakfast. Possibility of luggage storage, very friendly staff. The room is small as is the bathroom but the value for money is excellent. The only negative note is the cleaning in the room and the change of towels: there is only one free per stay but when I made the request I was told that they would do it the next day and instead in 5 days of stay this is not never happened. Toilet paper and hairdryers must be requested at reception when it would be sufficient to have them in abundance in the room depending on the length of the stay.

Great little hotel, convenient for Gare du Nord and other metro stations. Room was spotlessly clean, really spacious for the 4 of us, with the kids beds behind a partition. Reception staff were very helpful. A special mention to the ladies looking after breakfast who were very helpful with my questions about allergies and the food, they showed me the packet of the thing I asked about so I could check for myself. That was really important for me and they were kind and patient about it. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Gardette Park hotel. While the room was on the smaller side, which is to be expected in Central Paris, it provided ample space for me. It would also be suitable for a couple, as long as they don't have too much luggage. The bed was comfortable and impeccably clean. One of the highlights of the room was the balcony, which overlooked the beautiful trees of Gardette Park. There was a coffee maker in the room, along with a sufficient supply of capsules, tea, and a kettle. Additionally, the reception area offered a tea, coffee, and chocolate machine, which guests could use at any time. Although I didn't choose the breakfast option, there were plenty of nearby alternatives available. The quiet atmosphere at night ensured a restful sleep. The lady at the reception (she speaks English, French, and Italian very well) was exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful, making my interactions with the staff a pleasant experience. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a close proximity to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and a vibrant city (including night) life. While I didn't prioritize visiting major Paris attractions during this particular trip, they were only 30 minutes away. For those arriving from the airport (I personally used Orly and departed from CDG), the nearest metro station, Richard Lenoir, was a convenient 10-minute walk. However, if you have a substantial amount of luggage to transport, there are bus or Uber options to minimize the walking distance. Overall, my stay at the Gardette Park hotel was delightful, and I highly recommend it.

My husband and I stayed in a Superior Double Room for two days at the beginning of March. We had a wonderful view of the park and the Eiffel Tower. The room is beautiful to look at, but a little damaged in some parts (for example the shower). The biggest problem of the room was the ventilation system, as it smelled of the drain several times. The cleaner does her job, as she cleans the room daily, but the problem is exclusively ventilation. I might also point out that you can hear the chairs being moved in the bar in the room. I would also suggest that a different choice of breakfast be made every day, as it was the same breakfast twice. However, I would like to conclude by praising the staff, who were friendly at all times.

We stayed at GW for two nights. Montparnasse station and Danfer Rochelow station are about 13 minutes walk. Since the airport bus departing and arriving at Montparnasse station is gone, it is very convenient to be able to go to the airport without changing by RER from Danfer Rochelow station. The subway is about 8 minutes from Gete Station. Since it is a hotel on a big street, the surroundings are bright and you are not afraid to walk at night. Moreover, it is quiet at night. It is convenient because the monoprix grocery store near Montparnasse station is open until 23:40. One of the male staff at the front desk was surprised that he was good at Japanese. In addition, he was very kind. Breakfast is served with baguettes and petit size croissants, pan o chocolate, pan orezan in a basket. The baguette was delicious. Drinks can be served in a pot with coffee, tea or chocolate. Orange juice is also available. Then there are a few kinds of shelves of Financier, yogurt, jam and cheese. I thought I would go out to eat if breakfast was too much, but it was enough. Due to the depreciation of the yen, the hotel in Paris for the first time in 4 years was very expensive, and I was worried about where to stay, but I chose this place and it was the correct answer. There is a classic elevator and the rooms are large enough. There is no refrigerator in the room, but it was a very good hotel considering the price.
