L'hôtel Aéro à Paris est situé dans un emplacement correct, dans le quartier très animé de la rue de Passy. Il est proche de différentes organisations et centres d'intérêt, ce qui est très pratique. Le principal inconvénient que nous avons rencontré est que nous avions des chambres situées à l'étage le plus élevé. Ces chambres sont accessibles par un escalier assez désagréable entre le deuxième et le troisième étage. Cet espace ressemble à un débarras avec une odeur qui n'est pas forcément très agréable et le stockage de certains items. En ce qui concerne la chambre, celle-ci était relativement spacieuse, agréable et propre. La salle de bain était également spacieuse et le confort assuré était bon. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, que ce soit le monsieur à la réception ou d'autres personnes travaillant au niveau de l'hôtel.

Very well located and comfortable hotel. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower, you have the metro and RER just steps from the hotel. The hotel has a cafeteria-restaurant-bar with many options, you can also go to the Passy market in front and find very good alternatives to eat.

I suffered theft from my hotel room, my laptop... the managers refused to reimburse me... (not for lack of showing them proof) Be careful and if possible book in more honest places... the report price quality of services is not excellent either (to justify a flight elsewhere)

I had a painful 7-day stay in this establishment. When I arrived from Canada, I wanted to rest a little to recover from the lag. I realize once in my room that the air conditioning is broken. So I open the windows and the curtains to get some air. Error. Specialists were busy repairing the air conditioning in front of my window which had a view of the roof of part of the hotel. So to preserve my privacy and not to hear them as well as the noise of the work, I close the windows and curtains. I would like to point out that we are in a heatwave at 93-95 degrees Fahrenheit (34-37 degrees Celsius). An oven! Obviously, no one had warned me when I arrived, nor offered a solution, given me explanations or excuses. After 3 days in this oven, I demand a fan and a discount on the price of my nights. The boss confirms to me that he will adjust the invoice. I will finally have a small fan but NEVER the reduction on the price of my nights, the boss being absent the morning of my departure. Oh yes, I forgot, the smell in the common areas is terrible (elevator and corridors). Imagine with the heatwave, it was getting worse every day! And if you want to take the stairs, know that you will have to step over a bicycle, cleaning equipment, boxes, etc...
