Personnel incroyablement sympathique. Cet hôtel est vraiment parfait. Petite structure mais grandes attentions. Une prestation sans faute qui donne vraiment envie d’y retourner. Bien loin des grandes structures aseptisées et impersonnelles ce lieu est à échelle humaine et transpire la gentillesse. Pareil pour le restaurant. Prix raisonnables pour des mets de qualité. Là aussi, service nickel et avec le sourire. Bref, une magnifique adresse pour une expérience en famille à Paris. PARFAIT !

Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questo hotel vicino alla Gare de l'Est. L'hotel non è proprio in centro, si trova a circa 2 km dalle attrazioni del centro ma comodo con la stazione della metropolitana. La camera piccola ma carinissima e dotata di tutti i confort; unica piccola pecca l'impossibilità di connettersi a servizi di streaming. Il personale è stato gentilissimo nel fornirci spiegazioni e supportarci. Grosso vantaggio la possibilità di avere un parcheggio per la macchina.

We spent 7 nights at the Hotel. We enjoyed the kindness of the staff, the comfort of the bedroom, the large bathroom, the efficient heating, the daily room cleaning service and the nice restaurant.

We had for nights in the Le Robinet d’Or. The service was really nice and the personal was very friendly. I would book it again. One thing the hotel is a little bit thin-walled that’s why we heard the neighbors sometimes. But I guess it is a normal thing in older buildings.

Très bel établissement, tout était parfait, la chambre est spacieuse, très propre. Très bon accueil, sympathique. Un petit déjeuner magnifique sucré et salé, les viennoiseries sont fraîches. L'hotel est bien placé, calme.
