Reims Hotel

2024.8.1일 체크인할 때 예약했던 방이 아닌 계단으로 걸어서 3층까지 올라가 다락방, 옥탑방같은 곳으로 안내를 받아 강력히 항의했더니 엘리베이터로 오르내릴 수 있는 좀 큰방으로 바꿔 줬으나 에어컨은 당연히 없고 냉장고, 선풍기, 실내슬리퍼도 없을 뿐더러 화장실에는 달랑 종이컵2개, 바디클렌져밖에 없는 호텔이라고 하기에는 시설이 너무 낙후되었고 올림픽 특수로 3박에 710,000원이상의 바가지 숙박요금은 너무 아까운 선택이었습니다.

Kleinschalig hotel. Kamers zijn schoon badkamer is klein maar alles aanwezig. Vriendelijkheid personeel verschilde. Wij moesten 180.- bij betalen voor 4 personen 3 x ontbijt. Ontbijt stelde niet veel voor. Wij zijn iedere morgen bij een bakker gaan ontbijten. Vers belegd stokbrood 2 x kop koffie. Kosten rond de 25/30,- voor 4 personen. Wij hadden een kamer aan de voorzijde. Iedere nacht aan de overkant van de straat stonden mensen de hele nacht te praten( mensen zonder vaste verblijfplaats?). De kamers hadden geen airco het was nu al warm op de kamer. We hadden uitzicht op de sarce coeur mooi in de avond als deze verlicht was. Dicht bij het metrostation

El hotel es limpio y con un amplio desayuno. Sin embargo, está ubicado en una zona muy fea, se encuentra cerca del metro pero la estación huele horrible, hay gente drogada en las salidas y muchos homeless. Recomiendo no hospedarse aquí si tú plan es visitar las zonas bonitas de Paris, te llevarás una gran decepción de la ciudad. Sobretodo porque está lejos de todo. Si regresas en taxi o pides uno, no hay lugar donde se pueda estacionar porque es una calle de un solo carril y es muy transitada la zona. Como extra: Se me olvidó una bolsa con dinero y un AirTag, les mandé correo para ver si me la enviaban a mi siguiente destino, afirmaron que no encontraron nada y cuando les dije que la bolsa tenía el AirTag y que me mostraba que seguía en el hotel, mágicamente el AirTag apareció en un lugar súper lejos del hotel y me respondieron mi correo con :A ver, dinos en donde está porque aquí no. Un descuido mío que estaba dispuesta a pagar y decidieron quedarse con mis euros, mi dinero mexicano y mi AirTag. Si esto no ayuda a que decidas no quedarte, no se que lo hará.

Ho prenotato 3 mesi prima della partenza una camera tripla e quando sono arrivata mi hanno comunicato che non era disponibile per un loro errore perciò abbiamo dormito in 3 in una minuscola doppia. Il responsabile ci ha promesso un rimborso mai arrivato. Personale scarsamente disponibile. Nota positiva la vicinanza alla metro.

A night spent with family (5) in July 2023. Impeccable room, bedding and shower. The rooms are very nice, large and clean. The only downside is the breakfast. We waited 30 minutes before a table was cleared so we could be seated, and there were no cups or bowls available. The buffet was empty (5 slices of bread and more pastries remained. We asked the waitress for cups but she told us that she had to wash those from the previous table and couldn't go any faster. Personally, I wonder how it could go slower! 15 minutes to change the refill of the fruit juice dispenser! In short, having reservations at a fixed time for museums we asked to be reimbursed and to leave without having these breakfasts. When we We left, that is to say 45 minutes after our arrival at breakfast, the people waiting behind us were still not served. It is totally unacceptable to wait 45 minutes for a buffet at a breakfast! This detail really ruined the very positive opinion we had of the hotel.
