Beaitiful building and staff that go the extra mile - they were thoughtful from before check in (linking my multiple reservations because of last minute changes) and took great care of us the whole time. Parking is super easy.

Le service à l accueil est excellent par contre chambre petite que je retrouve plus dans un 4 etoiles,, et encore…. on fait le tour du lit …. Salle de bain agréable . En revanche un service au petit déjeuner très moyen: bon accueil mais 18 min pour avoir un cappuccino, le jeune homme avait semble-t-il oublié de le commander et en fin de repas nous commandons un expresso qui nous est servi sans même débarrasser la table des assiettes vides des œuf et saucisses C est moi qui ai demandé à être débarrassé et le Jeune homme l a fait mais sans aucune excuse et je me suis sentie presque “ennuyeuse “ Franchement on ne s attend pas à ce genre de situation dans un 5 étoiles ni meme un 4.

Lovely hotel room! At first, we were given a room that opened up to the lobby, which wasn’t comfortable because as soon as you opened the door, you’d see hotel guests and staff. We asked to change rooms and got a much better one that had a glass and mirrored area, which was my favorite part. The bedroom and bathroom were great too, and the room was very clean. Their room service food was delicious, and the hotel exterior was amazing as well! They have a smart car which you can rent daily to go into the city since it’s a bit far from the center.

Words cannot describe how amazing this hotel is. It really is the perfect spot in Paris! Everything about the stay was absolutely wonderful. It retains its old world charm while also being incredibly fresh and modern. The decor throughout is stunning and I think when I win the lotto I will call their decorator to come do my home. The staff was really great as well - incredibly warm and friendly while also being amazingly professional and helpful. Never have I received such warm and tip top service, and this was really the case everywhere, even in the restaurant. Everything about the room was wonderful. If I had to find one fault it would be the lights! I found them to be exceedingly confusing to use, especially at night. There was only one master switch by the door, so at night if you wanted to turn on the lights you first had to go to the door, then go about your business, then turn off the master switch. But this could have also been user error. And one note regarding Bellefeuille. I ate there and the meal was absolutely incredible. Amazing service throughout and even with the smallest menu (3 courses) I most have had in total 8 actual courses so that was quite impressive. And the wine was free flowing throughout. And breakfast was amazing, too, some of the best viennoiseries I have ever had. I will dream of the pain au chocolat for years to come. Thank you for an amazing stay - this is truly my new favorite hotel in Paris.

We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy the setting and location. This was our first visit since the upgrade and it is stunning.
