Les points positifs : - Malgré de nombreux commentaires négatifs que j’ai pu voir, j’ai trouvé que le personnel était très sympathique et serviables ! De plus, l’hôtel n’est pas loin de Montmartre ainsi que du centre de Paris. Les points négatifs : - Le quartier est très mal fréquenté, on ne se sent pas à l’aise ( les gens regardent de travers, rue sales comme abandonnées ). De plus, l’hôtel n’est pas situé à Montmartre mais à côté. - La chambre a plusieurs défauts, inacceptables si il n’y avait pas la promo proposée par Booking ! ( Papier peint qui se décolle de partout, prise qui ne fonctionne pas, Clim qui sent une odeur bizarre quand on l’allume,.. ) - LE BRUIT !!! Lors de ma 2ème nuit, je n’ai pas fermé les yeux de 1h à 4h40 du matin à cause des voisins qui hurlaient. Très mauvaise isolation et si on tombe sur des personnes irrespectueuses, impossible de fermer les yeux ! - ATTENTION, Ils demandent à faire payer une taxe de séjour ( normalement comprise dans le prix proposé par Booking ) mais en ayant lu les commentaires prévenant de ceci, je ne me suis pas laissé faire et ils n’ont pas insisté.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour grâce à un personnel très accueillant et un service impeccable. Mention spéciale pour la flexibilité au départ : ils ont gardé nos sacs le jour de notre départ, et nous avons pu profiter de la chambre jusqu’à 11h45. Quelques points négatifs néanmoins : • Les serviettes devraient être vérifiées plus attentivement (nous avons trouvé quelques cheveux, même si cela restait minime). • Les chambres manquent d’insonorisation, ce qui peut déranger si vous êtes sensible au bruit. Le simple vitrage laisse également passer les sons extérieurs, mais cela reste supportable. Globalement, une bonne expérience, surtout grâce à l’équipe attentive et chaleureuse.

They asked for a €100 deposit on the check in, saying this would be released automatically on the check out.
I did the checkout this morning at 7am, and the deposit hasn’t been released yet.

The winding stairs are not easy with luggage, but this was the only down side.
Staff were attentive and breakfast was well organised and sufficient.
I left my iPad in my room and the hotel managed to reunite me with it - even though they had to post it twice!!

Vreselijk hotel. Personeel erg onvriendelijk, ze begonnen zelfs tegen ons te schreeuwen, erg klant onvriendelijk. Gaten in de muur, deuren staan scheef en ontbijt is een oude baguette en een croissant. De toiletten zijn op de trap en zijn erg goor. Veel licht en geluidsoverlast van buiten en raam kon niet goed dicht.

Great Location - Staff could be friendlier!
The location is indeed excellent and only a short walk from the Gare Du Nord and steps from Sacre Coeur. The staff were a little abrupt and although helpful were way to fast and always seemed too busy to want to help. It did come across as quite rude but it may be there personality. The hotel itself is very cramped and has really made the most of every square inch of the room that’s available..

The hotel is a great location, and right near the metro, however is expensive to access via taxi from the airport if you are flying into Paris at a busy time (evening etc.) the breakfast was also very good and filling - the rooms however like a lot in Paris are very very small, this was not really ideal as i had a lot of equipment with me for work, the staircase is very narrow and difficult to use with suitcases - something to bear in mind
