I didn't notice that this hotel is in District 19. Anyway, there were police cars honking at night. The front desk is staffed by a local. Each floor is small, but the balcony view is nice. The sparkling water at the front desk is good. The room doesn't have space for large suitcases. There are a lot of food downstairs. It's very close to the subway station, but be careful not to go the wrong way because the entrances and exits are different.

The room is small and cold if you don’t turn on A/C for heating. The area is not very good as it’s close to East Train Station. But the price is good and quality/price ratio is good. The bed is too soft. It’s ok for one night though and 1 person.
