Good location, excellent staff, small room, and amnesties just OK. Could have been good value for money if priced around $ 100-120.

Pay attention, the hotel exist thief. Location is good. First day the manager is good. It’s a man. He is so kind and nice. But I lost three items in the room, an apple headset pro, a pair of pants, and a headband. The female manager tell me they didn’t see anything. And she kept mistyping my card number when I checked out and kept saying there was something wrong with my card. So stupid. Even I am a woman. But she is really make me uncomfortable. It’s outrageous. I don’t believe the hotel will hire thief in hotel. But it does exist.

good very good perfect and near with metropolitan very convient

We were not able to sleep well for 2 nights coz Aircon wasn’t working. We had to open the window but the noise of construction and busy street messed up with our sleep. They should have informed us ahead of time and we reported this on first day but nothing was resolved until our last night. It wasn’t worthy for the price we paid to be so tired for days from all the flights we took and we really wanted to have the energy to walk around Paris but with bad sleep, our trip wasn’t maximized.

The location is very close to Line A and Line 1, and the public security nearby is also OK. Maybe the front desk upgraded the room for free during the off-season. I recommend not staying in the business room, but in a slightly better one, because the shower in the business room is right next to the bed, which is inconvenient. There is a free 24-hour coffee machine downstairs. The cleanliness is pretty clean and tidy. I recommend staying here. The front desk is also very friendly and did not say that they treat Chinese people differently.

The service is very good, and the front desk guy introduced it in detail. Although I saw the comments that the towels were old, it was OK when I went there. The only thing that was not ok was the soundproofing, which was really poor. So I can't give it 5 stars. The breakfast and location were both good. The Arc de Triomphe is right outside the door, and the guy specially gave us a room with a view. Thank you~ There are no slippers or toothbrushes in the hotel, so friends must bring their own~

Although the lady at the front desk always has a professional smile, the overall service is good, and snacks and fruits are also prepared at the front desk. The room is clean, the quilt is thick and the pillows are comfortable, but the glass door of the shower room is half closed. The door of the room is too heavy. Overall, the price is very high, recommended.

It's just a few hundred meters away from the Arc de Triomphe. There are many restaurants around, and there's a bakery diagonally opposite. The croissants are so good, I eat them every day. It is also very close to the subway station and has convenient transportation. The room is not big and the layout is a bit strange, but the main part is okay and quite clean. I went on November 1st and booked it about two months in advance. The price/performance ratio was very good.
