Washrooms were so tight otherwise best located hotel and prices were reasonable. Free coffee for all days Also they provide me a 2 days breakfast free as their Christmas promotion were going out. Overall 4.8/5 ❤️

Wish they have bathtub option

After a bad experience in the other hotel that it was near of the state train station, we choose this hotel and the person that was hosted as it was very, very nice. He gave us a free breakfast. He was I’m Muslim guy and he helped us very much

I don't really have good experience with this hotel. When i first arrived at the hotel, communication with the guy at the front desk was terrible. My friend arrived before me and asked if she can do an early check in and if not if she can leave her bags with the reception. He told her that all available rooms were handed out and she has to wait until the check in time, which is at 15:00. When i arrived, i asked for parking options and he wasn't able to help but he also didn't say he doesn't know. He just spent my time after a long drive and in the end, i found my own. After that we wanted to check in at 15:45. He told us that the room is not ready and we need to wait like 15 minutes. My friend already asked for a room, the rooms were given out to other people, and she was asked to wait until the check in time and they were not even able to do that! The room was extremely small. When we were given the room after 16:00, one hour later than the promised check in time, the corridors were messy with other rooms dirty towels. There were already stains in the pillow cover. It can be that the stains cannot be removed by washing but still disturbing. When we asked to get the room cleaned, the same stained sheets were there.

Great hotel location is best central of everything. The staff is great and very friendly people. Will definitely stay here again.

Except for the small size of the room, everything else is good, the smart TV and coffee machine and kettle are good, and the free coffee in the lobby is especially good. The location of the hotel is also OK, it's nice to walk around and have a look

When I checked in at night, I found that the bed sheets were not changed. There were a lot of body hairs on the bed and the sheets. I was shocked! I called the front desk to check it out. They immediately admitted it and helped me change a set. I have never encountered such a thing when traveling around. The hotel was fully booked and could not change it. The next day, they did not compensate for the next three nights.

Very well located 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower by bus, very friendly and welcoming staff and the room beautiful and clean I recommend and I will come back

There were fleas in the room, but they didn’t come to kill them even though I told them. Very unhygienic There is no refrigerator in the room The only advantage is that it is close to the Sacred Heart Church and can be reached on foot Also close to Lafayette But I won’t come back because of Chongchong
