The room was very good, the service was of five-star standard, the front desk staff was very friendly, except for a white lady who rolled her eyes at us impatiently, everyone else was very nice. Nice hotel with lots of bling bling, hence Le Diamond. We received an 'upgrade' but cannot indicate or compare what our reserved room should actually have looked like.
The carpet in the room was lumpy and rather rancidly stained. The bedspread on the bed also had strange stains…
When you showered, the bathroom was soaking wet because the shower head was broken.
Bed sleeps wonderfully!
