The hotel is small, although it is located at the intersection. It is very quiet at night. The food in the breakfast area on the first floor is very French. The bedroom is small but very warm.

立地はPlaisance地域にあり、夜でも賑やかな界隈にあります。最寄りの地下鉄の駅はエレベーターやエスカレーターが無く歩道も狭いので、大きな荷物があるときはタクシーの利用をオススメします。
レセプション係のアンドリューはとても親切で、近所のベーカリーやスーパーを教えてくれました。
部屋には冷蔵庫がありますが、故障らしく冷えなかったです。
食事は値段の割りには物足りないので、近隣のカフェを利用するのもありかなと思いました。

Le séjour aurait pu être agréable mais des vibrations et un ronronnement venant de l'hôtel nous ont dérangés Peut-être une climatisation dysfonctionelle c'est bien dommage. Nous espérons que ce désagrément sera pris en compte par la direction

Great discovery 1/4 hour walk from Gare Montparnasse. Well renovated and welcoming establishment. Comfortable rooms (good bedding). Friendly welcome. Very good breakfast. The counter seems small at first glance but it is very complete and qualitative. A very good value for money. 5 min walk: Pernety metro station (line 13) 10 min walk: bistronomic restaurant Le Jéroboam. Good address also.

A friendly welcome, the room is quite spacious and full breakfasts are €12. The Fabe is ideally located 5 minutes from 2 metro stations and close to shops and restaurants. Note that the street can be quite noisy.

Good accommodation very close to the metro. Very friendly, helpful staff.
The parking garage is about 150m from the hotel. There are very good restaurants and bars in the area.
