Nous avons passé un séjour parfait de la réservation jusqu’au départ. Nous sommes allés dans tous les restaurants et les bars durant ces 2 nuits. Ce fut à chaque fois un émerveillement tant pour les papilles que pour l’accueil. Le Spa est magnifique, nous avons profité de la piscine et avons passé un excellent moment lors de massage que nous avons fait à 2 dans ce somptueux espace. Nous nous souviendrons des massages d’une rare qualité ainsi que des sourires du personnel du Spa.

No english for the cost-y 5 star hotel in Paris where the world travelers love to visit and stay? There're ton of complaints for this hotel, sad to say. After staying in the same ' 5 star ' hotel in Switzerland where do meets the expectation what the 5 star hotel is for, which means there have no trouble for communicating with English. We spend 6 nights in the Suite room, which costs more than double for the hotel in Switzerland ( again, 5 star hotel ). The service is not consistent and actually it' hard to call it as ' service / hospitality, indeed. Actually, it's kinda shabbiness here. No abundant sense, I guess we shouldn't ask for in paris? But in Switzerland... No room cleaning done even after being told ' we'll send the one right away ', stupidly taking time to connect to Apple TV etc etc... sad to say this, indeed. I wish I were to love this hotel.

Our stay at Hotel Lutetia was nothing short of spectacular. Everyone was very welcoming and extremely professional. We were addressed by our name by the entire staff. Service was top notch and the hotel was beautiful. The fitness center and facilities are the best I have seen among many 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Its location was superb. Walking distance to St. Germain which is one of our favorite areas in Paris. Also within walking distance to the Louvre. Overall, it was a great stay!

Notre deuxième séjour au Lutetia a été encore plus extraordinaire que le premier, grâce à l’incroyable Victoria et aux équipes de l’hôtel. Tout était parfait : la chambre avec vue sur la Tour Eiffel, le spa apaisant, le bar chaleureux, sans oublier le petit-déjeuner délicieux et le room service impeccable. Les équipes ont vraiment pris soin de nous, avec des attentions particulières qui ont fait toute la différence. Chaque moment a été marqué par des gestes délicats, créant une expérience vraiment unique. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
