Accueil chaleureux. Chambre bien. Hôtel très bien localisé. accès facile au transport en commun, restaurants, épicerie. Petit déjeuner bon et frais. Endroit calme. Nous avons visiter Paris en mars, et chaque fois nos allez retours à L'hôtel se déroulaient super bien, puisqu'il y a deux lignes de métro à proximité.

This establishment may or may not threaten you with legal action against you if you leave them a negative review even if it's the truth Pros: The breakfast was good. The personnel was generally good. The location is great, safe, a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Also close to many subway lines. Good elevator. Non stop reception and someone was always at the reception. The bathroom was ok, a bit small but ok for Paris Cons: This establishment may or may not threaten you with legal action against you if you leave them a negative review even if it's the truth. I have email proof. I asked them to call me a taxi for the airport. A normal taxi with the legal fixed rate of 56 euros from the 11th arrondissement. After having to question them a few times, they admitted it is a 'private' taxi that costs 65 euros but he is very serious. I reluctantly accepted, trusting the hotel. The 'very serious' driver turned out to be 20 mins late and had a dirty car. No POS to pay with card (which is illegal in Paris). His car also had a dent in the back. We didn't feel safe at all, we were very tired because of having to wake up very early and then waiting for the driver for a longer time. Thank god we reached the airport safely at least. For me the good things about this hotel don't matter if they behave like this with their customers. If they would have called a normal taxi I would have felt safe and I would have given a greater grade. They claim they don't take responsibility for the driver which I think it's unfair especially because I told them about the fixed rate taxi and they insisted the driver is really good, not calling me a normal taxi. Other bad things: It was difficult to keep the room warm, the windows do not isolate well against the cold and the heating which was by air conditioning had a bad smell. The room smelled of old and of dust.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Service sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Größe des Zimmers ist kleiner als erwartet ausgefallen, jedoch ausreichend für einen Städtetrip. Einzelne Mängel können festgestellt werden, behindern jedoch nicht den Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück war von der Vielfalt minimal gehalten, jedoch ausreichend um in den Tag zu starten. Die Anbindung der Station „Nation“ ist hervorragend und bringt einen überall in Paris hin. Für einen weiteren Städtetrip in Paris, würden wir dieses Hotel erneut buchen.

The staff was helpful, friendly and amazing, the room was clean the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was good the chef was so nice, great cleaning staff. Very good location to the metro, lots of restaurants around vibrant neighbourhood. I enjoyed my time here. Will be back again.
