The room with 4 beds was a little smaller compared to the pictures I saw. It was a bit crowded with 3 people in that small room but the bunk bed was comfortable. Am a heavy sleeper so I had no issues with my sleep. It's definitely a place to stay for a night if on budget. The staff members are nice. I stayed for a night and it was okay, I wouldn't recommend for longer stays. Also, they dont have a microwave or a general kitchen area which is highly unconvinient since it is a hostel after all.

There is a good atmosphere, And fancy design. But all facilities are stupid... There is no fresh air coming in the room. The bathroom smells bad. Even the duvet is bigger than the duvet cover... The matress is very old. In general, do not come

The hotel is in a convenient location, just a 2-minute walk to the metro and bus stops. There are so many Asian restaurants and grocery stores around. The staff members are friendly, got a welcome drink when checked in! The rooms and toilets are quite clean and tidy - my only complaint is the lower bed is too high for me to get onto, but not really a big problem. I think I will stay here again in my next trip at Paris :)

They have great customer service, very welcoming and helpful. Overall great environment whether you’re alone or in a group. Definitely one of my better hostel experiences

As a nearly 70 years old traveler, in my first booking 26-27 Dec 2024 I was given a upper bunk bed posing many difficulties for me in climbing up and decending down. In the second booking 27 Dec 2024 - 9 Jan 2025, I was given a lower bunk bed. Last but not least, I am pleased to thank particularly the hostel manager Thomas and his colleague Vincy for their kind assitance and friendly chat. In summary, I give a thumb up for staying The People Belleville.

Hostel is great! Very clean, very friendly atmosphere. Rooms are new, stylish, with very big lockers for suitcases. In your bed they also have socket, light and curtains. Shower and toilets - are also very clean. Maybe it's not the best area for staying, but my experience was good even during the evenings. ____________________ Очень хороший хостел! Чистый и уютный. У каждой кровати есть лампочка, розетка и занавеска. Плюс есть огромные ящики для хранения вещей, туда даже помещается чемодан. В путеводителях не особо советуют данный район для туристов, однако у меня не было ощущения какой-то опасности, все было хорошо даже когда я возвращалась поздно вечером. На улицах было тихо и спокойно. Однозначно советую данный хостел как цена=качество, а также удобное расположение от метро.

Great location and the property has a host of almost daily activities in the evening at the bar area. Other than that, beds are fairly comfortable although the pillows might be a tad too soft for a proper head/neck rest and perhaps there could be shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom for the amount that you are paying. Else it is a great stay overall.

If you are on a short trip, this is a good place. They do not offer free towels or shampoo or body soap.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Hostel. The 4 bed dorm was great. The 8 bed dorm is ok but if you get one of the high beds in the middle it can be a bit inconvenient. Showers were decent and they were on every floor however only one toilet each floor. Location is right next to two subway stations only minutes away and there are also plenty of restaurants, bars and local shops around. A market some days too is held outside. Overall a great location and convenient to get to from the airport and easy to get to tourist sites via the subway. Staff here are great especially Christopher and Amelie who are super helpful and friendly! The social communal area is pretty big and is kept open 24 hours and you are given a welcome drink when you check in. Breakfast is pretty basic and expensive for what it is. Would definitely recommend this place as a great place for solo travellers, seemed to have events on some evenings.

Great location - right near a train station. The rooms were very clean & service were great. Amenities on the level I was staying were out of order, so had to either go to another level or use the female if no one was in there.

I went to Paris from China. I was think the hotel might be dirty and noisy. However, I found that the hotel was very clean and the staff cleaned the bathroom regularly. I didn't feel any nose. There are even many halal restaurants and mosque next to the hotel, just in the direction of the Couronnes subway metro. This place is also very safe and clean. Also near to CDG airport. Hotel has Free WiFi and very good staff as they allow me to check in at 12 pm without any extra fee.
