It's located about a 10-minute walk from Garedondo Station, so it's easily accessible, but the security in the area is a bit scary.

Apparently the hotel is considered affordable, the location is near to La Chapelle metro station. The neighborhood is a bit busy and messy though. This is what you get from what you pay for.
