WS Saint-Lazare - Opera

Fabuleux séjour avec les appartements ws proche des transports et un service client au top. J'ai vraiment appréicié le service client plus qu'attentionné pour nous demander si nous avions besoin de nouvelles serviettes! Mon prochain séjour sur Paris sera avec WS

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour dans l'appartement WS Saint Lazare Opéra, nous souhaitons revenir pour des raisons professionnelles car l'appartement se trouve juste en face de la gare qui me permet d'aller facilement à mon siège. Je recommande pour les travailleurs sur Paris !

We stayed on the 64th floor at 29 Saint Lazare Street, very close to the Opera Garnier. The apartment is very well located. The elevator was broken and they told us about it the day before we arrived. We were on the 6th floor, we had to go up and down during the 5 days, hell besides being over 30 degrees in Paris. At all times we entered the doors with codes and we had no contact with anyone. They left us one towel per person for the 5 days we stayed. The bathroom was much smaller than in the photos and they didn't give us any gel or shampoo. There was no air conditioning, when they told us there was. They charged me the day before arriving €200 on my card, in addition to the money for the apartment in total. No one notified us of that operation at any time.

L’appartamento è piccolo ma pulito e sostanzialmente comodo. La posizione è centrale e permette di raggiungere tutto in poco tempo. La zona è tranquilla e non è rumorosa. Fin qui le cose positive. Devo lamentare una cattiva organizzazione nella gestione del cliente. Tenete a portata di mano il riferimento telefonico ( che funziona solo quando siete in Francia) perché ne avrete bisogno. È l’unico contatto che avrete con gli organizzatori. Per mail la comunicazione è difficile e confusa perché rispondono dopo due giorni. Non ci sono chiavi da ritirare perché dal portone alla porta dell’appartamento accedi con codici da impostare sulla tastiera che trovi al posto dei campanelli. A me i codici non sono stati inviati o meglio, dicono che sono stati inviati ma ad una mail misconosciuta (.?!?). Per cui ero sulla strada con i bagagli. fortunatamente un altro cliente mi ha aperto e mi ha indicato il cell di assistenza fissato all’interno dell’appartamento. Risolto questo, dopo due giorni mi arriva una mail che mi propone il cambio biancheria gratuito. Io rispondo che accetto molto riconoscente, ma il cambio non avviene … perché? Perché la mia risposta viene letta alla fine della settimana …. Ho pensato bene di avvisarvi …

The apartment is super well located in the Opera area. Very well connected to several metro lines, although it has such a good location that you can walk to the main tourist spots. There are several breakfast places and restaurants right on the same street. There is a carrefour city on the sidewalk in front. The apartment is not very big but ideal to go to dinner and sleep. We have been in an apartment for 4 and it had two double beds. It's very comfortable. Equipped with kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and hair dryer. It is very clean and has a nice decoration. You don't have contact with anyone, everything is by codes, although you have the phone number, email and WhatsApp of those responsible in case something arises. Of course, if I return to Paris, I would return to these apartments.

You can see in the photos the condition in which we found the bathroom upon arrival. We contacted the host to explain the situation and ask them to clean it and they did not do so on any of the days we were staying there. Despite the good location, the conditions are terrible. I don't recommend it at all!

ZERO customer service and I weigh my words. In case of reservation problems, pray, because they will not be able to help you and they will make sure to keep your money. To escape, absolutely do not set foot there
