Hôtel très bien situé. Accueil très sympathique et attentionné. Très propre. La chambre donnait sur rue et néanmoins extrêmement calme. La cafetière et la bouilloire dans la chambre sont un vrai point positif. Petit-dejeuner très correct. 2 petits points négatifs : la salle de réception très petite le matin et la salle de bain très petite aussi (avec un rideau de douche). Je reviendrai lors d'un prochain déplacement professionnel.

Rooms are small, like most city budget hotels. But everything was immaculately clean and staff were extremely helpful and professional. There was no hairdryer in the room, but reception provided one. I will not hesitate to rebook for my next visit.

We stayed at Kyriad hotel for a long weekend (3 nights). Our stay was pleasantly fuss free. Booked for its reasonable prices, Hotel Kyriad delivered what we expected from them. The room was clean when we checked in and tidied up daily (including having the usual teas and coffees topped up). Beds were ok, felt a little hard for my preference. The bathroom had essential amenities and the shower only had a curtain on both open sides, resulting in a bit of flooding every time you used it. Perhaps a glass door would help. The area surrounding the hotel looked like a nice residential area, with lots of cafes, bakeries and even 24h convenience stores. Overall we always felt safe even walking home from the nearby metro station at night. Reception staff were available 24/7 to let guests late in the evening, when the main door was locked for safety. Hotel Kyriad is a convenient option for travellers seeking to maximise their time in Paris outside of their room. Its essential decor and amenities would not suit a guest looking for any kind of luxury.

I stayed here as part of a work trip I organised with 23 other people. The customer service was outstanding- helping with the organisation and the booking of many rooms before we came to Paris and also the amazing help while we were there. A big shout out to Marie and Alain- thank you! The location is excellent- just a few minutes walk to the Metro, with direct trains into the centre. The rooms are small but extremely clean. Breakfast was plentiful. If you don’t have a big budget but want a clean, central location with fantastic service, this is the venue for you.

Super accueil et chambre propre et bien insonorisée petit café ou thé dans la chambre c est cool. Le petit déjeuner était copieux avec pains croissants et crêpe maison avec une pointe de fleur d oranger !! Divin !! L accueil nous a bien conseillé pour les visites proches de l hôtel !! Merci

L'hôtel très bien situé pour se déplacer dans Paris (proche d'un arrêt du RER A, ligne 6 et autres bus). J'ai trouvé le personnel spécialement agréable et serviable. Les chambres sont petites comme de partout dans Paris mais la literie est très contente. La salle de bain est tout à fait fonctionnelle. Le ménage est très bien fait. Je dirais que les seuls points négatifs sont d'une part une légère odeur d'humidité dans la chambre (persistante malgré l'aération) et un déjeuner très simple. Moi qui aime les buffets variés, j'ai été un peu déçue même si ce qui était proposé était correct en qualité mais pas transcendant (thé de style Lipton, un peu dur pour un amateur de thé). Après, c'est un deux étoiles donc, les prestations sont forcément moins élevées que dans un 3 ou 4 étoiles. Je remercie encore le personnel de l'hôtel, je me suis sentie réellement bien accueillie toute cette semaine.

Accueil Excecrable ensuite il m'on fait payé plus cher que se qui m'on annoncé , pas de wifi ,évier bouché pas savon de toilette et la douche juste un rideau l'eau coule partout. Je n'y retournerais plus. Très mauvaise expérience.

Hotel bien situé à 5 min du métro Nation. Personnel très sympathique. Chambre correcte avec bouilloire. Bon rapport qualité prix à Paris. Très bien sauf absence connexion internet mais d’après le personnel c’était un problème temporaire.
