This is my second time staying at Hôtel Westminster. When I got there, there’s an American guess who complained about seeing scaffolding outside her windows. She wanted to have a room where she could open the window, got some fresh air, and had a good view. I observed that the registration person was very polite and complied to her demand. I also got what I asked for which was a room with two beds instead of a queen bed. I called while on route to the hotel, and when I got there my room was ready. The food was very good for breakfast that was included. I didn’t care about the view because, while in Paris, I went out all day anyway. Overall excellent location and excellent service. I will stay there again next time I go to Paris. Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, on Peace Street, next to the Ritz. The suite was newly renovated and was nice, but the bathtub had very little water and no shower curtain, so it was not very convenient to take a bath.

This is my second stay in half a year. I finally understand why the price of a hotel in such an excellent location is not high! Because the service is so bad! After staying for three nights, I was forced to transfer rooms twice!

I took the Roissy bus from the airport to the hotel, but a local resident who happened to be with me on the bus broke my window and took my luggage when I was returning by taxi from a previous night flight, so I decided to take the Roissy bus after that. I heard that it was reassuring for first-time visitors to Paris that it could be accessed by Roissy Bus. The staff were also very responsive, and even though we were not good at English and couldn't understand the details of the deposit, they patiently answered us in easy-to-understand English. As for the facilities, the air conditioner worked fine, there was a towel warmer, and the cleaning was very good. Mineral water from the second night onward can be obtained by requesting it at the reception. The room was small, but it was as expected since it was in the center of Paris.
