I think it's the cleanest of the 2-stars near Montmartre.
The facility itself was originally not luxurious, but it felt like a motel, but apart from that, the cleaning was very clean, and they said that they would take a taxi to the airport at dawn, so it was nice to make a reservation in advance. For reference, even compared to Uber to the airport, there was a difference of about 2 euros, so it was okay.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN GOOD VIEWS YOU HAVE TO ALWAYS LEAVE THE KEYS AT THE RECEPTION IF YOU ARE GOING OUT .. the wifi is not very good .. but generally quite good

The location is right in the middle of a rough area with sex shops and various clubs. A short walk to the famous Mulan Rouge, the site has all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets and metro. I would say some caution might be needed if you travel alone and not used to dodgy areas.
The hotel is pretty basic but the staffs are really friendly and nice. There was no aircon in the room so they lent me a fan for the stay. Did not eat breakfast at this hotel as loads of options outside including a cafe next door on the corner or a Mcdonald's if you are desperate. I noticed a lot of comments here about the noise which was true – club beats and the rumbling of the metro below. I have earplugs when I sleep so not such an issue.
