very meh I've known better hotels, already the person in reservations is the least pleasant person I've met in the hotel industry, speaks with disdain, takes himself for I don't know who with catastrophic metaphors haha ​​surely someone there for a long time who can no longer be fired. The room is good, quite pleasant and corresponds to the photos. As for the swimming pool and the spa area it's a disaster, there are far too many people it's very clearly not the size of the establishment in addition to being very dark which is not pleasant either. For the price I think it's not worth it there is much better in Paris, I will not go back.

The wifi in this hotel is very bad and I couldn't use it for two nights. And there are the dirtiest and most disgusting hair dryers in a five-star hotel. I changed four of them, but they were either broken or the material of the hair dryer was problematic. They were dirty and sticky. I used alcohol to disinfect several sides and put paper towels on them to barely endure the disgusting hair. I was so upset that I didn't bring my own travel hair dryer. I never thought that a five-star hotel could have such a bad hair dryer. The breakfast in the restaurant is also quite average, with few varieties and poor quality, and the tableware is not clean. There are unwashed vegetable leaves on the spoon, which is speechless. Although the service staff is very good. The drinking water given every day is a kind of paper packaging, which smells like stinky shoe soles. I can't drink it. I bought the water myself throughout the whole trip. In short, if you are traveling for business, bring some basic supplies yourself and you can barely make do. If you are traveling, it is not recommended to stay here. There are definitely better options.
