We rented a king suite. All of the suites are by the elevator above the lobby. If you're looking for a quiet room, do not rent a suite. It was very loud. We could hear the elevator beeping and people coming and going. Our room was dirty. It had a thick layer of dust that we could stuff in. The curtains were shredded upon check in and we had burnt out light bulbs in the room. I don't know if the condition of the room was because they never rent it or if housekeeping is terrible. The breakfast buffet was good, looked clean, and was well organized. The hotel had adequate parking.

We had 2 adults and 5 young kids and the AC would not stay on and we were sweating and it was in the 40s outside.. I called the front desk and they acted as if I didn’t know how to operate the ac.. the beds were so uncomfortable that we were up most of the night.. the only positive that I can say is that the breakfast was pretty good.. we will not be going back to this location

I have stayed at this hotel two to six times per year for the last eight plus tears. It now needs a major update. Hair in bathroom. Door won’t stay open. Reception has a bad attitude. No recognition for frequent visitors or award status. Stay somewhere else.

Excellent, comp breakfast. Very clean rooms that were very comfortable. Quiet and clean is a great moniker for this property. If there was a drawback, it would have to be access, difficult heading east. Parking is minimal and mixed with other overnight accommodations.

Room was large and bed is comfortable. I had booked a room with Jacuzzi tub, but did not get that. So that was disappointing. And the hot tub was out of order too. But staff are very friendly. Good variety for breakfast. Access is challenging due to one way roads.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting family. This hotel is in need of renovations. They were working on the first floor while we were there, which led to the pool being closed. Hopefully they will work on the rest of the floors soon. Our biggest concern here was the smell of *********. We were placed in a room that was heavily covered in a flowery perfume smell. At first we thought the room just had a strong deoderizer scent. After we went to dinner we came back and the perfume smell had left and was replaced with an intense ********* smell. We did ask to change rooms and were accommodated, however, it was hard to enjoy our stay with that lingering smell on our luggage and personal items. Our second room had peeling paint, marks on the walls and some dirty carpet areas, but it was far better than the other room. The breakfast was great, the attendant was very good at keeping everything in stock. All in all, I'm not familiar with the hotels in Paris, TX, but I would not put this one my list of ones to visit until after the rennovations are done.

Family with small children. This place exceeded expectations. I didn’t hear anything noises through the walls, polite and helpful staff, very affordable hotel. Probably the best budget buffet we’ve had in years.

We spent one night here, the staff was great, room was what we had asked for and the area was quiet, the recommended and restaurant that was great, would stay here again if going thru the area again. We had a great stay here
