Una experiencia inolvidable. Todo fue excelente. Un hotel con un personal que está a gran altura. Desde nuestra llegada nos recibieron muy amables. Habitación y todas las facilidades limpias y muy cómodas. Agradecemos en especial a los empleados que nos atendieron durante los tres días. Alanis, Paola, Carlos, Coral, Jay, Amaury y Javier. Además el chef (no tengo el nombre) al salir de su jornada se detuvo a dialogar con nosotros y nos recomendó áreas cercanas para ver un lindo atardecer. En verdad un súper recurso humano. Éxito!!!

La primera noche el aire acondicionado se dañó, nos movieron de cuarto a las 2am de la noche para otro por lo del aire. Y el segundo día se nos inundó el cuarto con agua de lluvia que entró por la puerta del balcón que estaba cerrada. Cuando llegamos estaba inundado. Son cosas que si tienen conocimiento deben arreglarlas para que el cliente no pase malos ratos. Todo muy lindo y todo pero esos malos ratos bajaron la puntuación de mi estadía.

¡Experiencia excelente, 100% recomendado! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Desde que llegamos, el servicio fue de primera: personal amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que nos dio mucha confianza y comodidad. La habitación era espectacular, amplia, cómoda y con todos los detalles cuidados. El ambiente en general fue muy agradable, perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar. Sin duda, recomendado y estamos seguros de que volveremos.

My Twins and I had an amazing time. The Hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. My favorite part was the staff, from the front desk.. Julie and Brian...to the Bar...Emir and Ruthie...the Chefs...just Everyone had the Best Customer Service skills! The food was great! Just chilling by the pool...awww! It was hard to leave...we can't wait to go back! Thank you Everyone!

Excelente servicio. Las facilidades muy bonitas y el cuarto limpio y cómodo. El desayuno espectacular, la comida del restaurante excelente, las bebidas ricas. El personal muy amable, no obstante, Belinda y Christopher se destacaron en sus atenciones y profesionalismo. Definitivamente es un lugar para volver y desconectarse y aunque soy madre, me encanta el concepto de no niños. Mucho éxito!

First, this hotel is spotlessly clean and the views are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the pool area is very nice. Also, the cooked to order breakfast, which is included, was very good. The hotel is in a great location, and everything you want to do or see in this area is within walking distance. With that said, the sliding “barn door” on our bathroom didn’t cover the entire door opening. There was approximately a 3 inch gap on both sides which made things awkward because we were sharing our room with our adult son and his girlfriend. In addition, the water in the shower never got any hotter than lukewarm resulting in a cold shower. I can overlook lots of things in a hotel as nice as this one, but taking a cold shower is not one of them. Lastly, there was a DJ at the pool pavilion playing music so loud that it was impossible to carry on a conversation with the person right next to me, making my brief time at the pool not very relaxing.

En el año 2023 decidí llevar a mi esposa a la Parguera Hotel Plaza,para celebrar su cumpleaños. La fecha de su cumpleaños es el 24 de junio..Ese fin de semana ellos tenían tremendo Party , celebrando la noche de San Juan..La pasamos súper..Este año ella decidió celebrar su cumpleaños nuevamente en la Parguera Hotel Plaza..Nuevamente la pasamos Super..Gracias a Jomaliz y a Juliemar por su atención, que lograron que la estadía fuera excelente nuevamente. Gracias a Carlos y a Emil por su servicio excelente en el restaurante Brújula..Gloria y Mario le damos gracias por su servicio y atenciones..Nos veremos pronto..
