Appena andati via da una settimana meravigliosa peccato per il tempo ma tutto il resto perfetto. Veniamo da qualche anno ma questo è stato il migliore, cibo superlativo, gentilezza e cortesia, per non parlare della pulizia delle camere e quest anno ci siamo trovati da dio con i ragazzi dell’animazione, bravi, umili e simpatici sopratutto Francesco e Gino che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa è stata la prima volta che i figli sono saliti sul palco in anni di vacanza. Unica pecca il mare e la poca gentilezza nel chiosco sotto ma anche nel bar della piscina spesso e volentieri il pomeriggio notavamo dei musoni non indifferenti

Soggiorno stupendo! Siamo appena rientrati da una meravigliosa settimana! La struttura è curata al massimo, e per questo faccio i complimenti a tutti i manutentori particolarmente al simpaticissimo signor Marino! Il personale di sala è impeccabile, super gentili e professionali dal più giovane al più adulto! Il cibo è davvero impeccabile, complimenti al personale in cucina! Le receptionist sempre gentili e accoglienti. Il personale del bar altrettanto. Camere di una pulizia a 5 stelle, complimenti alle signore! La struttura offre navetta per il mare sottostante, ma è anche situata in un punto comodissimo per raggiungere in macchina in 5 minuti le più belle spiagge di Tropea! Tutto funziona alla perfezione. Però, a malincuore, l’unica pecca è l’animazione (quasi assente). L’unico che si fa in 4 è il dolcissimo Francesco, a cui auguriamo il meglio. Per il resto tutto PERFETTO! Siamo stati già 2 volte e ci ritorneremo sicuramente! Grazie a tutti!

Siamo ancora qui. Stiamo trascorrendo una bella vacanza. Nunzia e le altre persone della reception sono sempre pronti ad aiutarci col sorriso. Il mare merita 5 stelle! Cristallino e sabbia bianca e anche sassolini, servono scarpe da mare. Non posso lamentarmi dei piatti serviti perché ogni giorno un piatto diverso e sempre buonissimo! Che dire della stanza Una vista mare pazzesca ..pino il direttore ci accoglie sempre col sorriso.

Main issue is lack of transportation and location. Only one free transport from hotel to Tropea. Taxi min 20 e and difficult to find. No way walking to Parghelia (nearest foodmarket). Waterbottles from the bar are more expensive than in Tropea. Only one (extra cost) transport in the evening to Tropea, but requires min 6 persons. You might have to use taxi several times/day. If you have a car, no problems.

We went to the hotel restaurant on our first evening, expecting a relaxing dinner – but ended up with one of the most confusing and uncomfortable dining experiences we’ve had. We were handed a single sheet of paper with what seemed to be both lunch and dinner menus all mixed together. It made no sense and had no prices listed. We asked for help, but the waiter barely spoke English and instead of helping us understand the options, he just started listing dishes rapidly and forcefully – without giving us a chance to choose for ourselves. Before we even realized what was happening, he had decided for us – three courses, wine, and water – none of which we specifically ordered. It felt like we weren’t part of the decision at all. Then came the bill: €70. A steep price for something we didn’t really choose ourselves – and sadly, the food didn’t justify the price. It left us both with upset stomachs and a really sour feeling about the whole thing. We mentioned this politely at reception, but no one seemed to care. No apology, no understanding – just “pay and move on.” Not how you want to start a holiday.
