Non si poteva dare di meno, purtroppo esperienza ultra negativa, servizi indecenti, cibo inqualificabile, villaggio tenuto in maniera indecorosa, vegetazione incolta, personale che non conosce la lingua italiana, stanze sporche e malmesse, senza i servizi pagati ( aria condizionata non funzionante, TV finto e senza antenna, alcune stanze non ci sono nemmeno finestre, manca un servizio navetta, per il posto è essenziale, la spiaggia e il servizio bagnino è indecoroso, ombrelloni accatastati uno sull'altro con le sdraio in plastica una attaccata all'altra, bagnino che sposta i posti a suo piacimento, personale di reception maleducato e oltre. Insomma esperienza deplorevole e da non ripetere assolutamente, se potete e volete evitatelo, è letteralmente abbandonato a se stesso.

English: We stayed in this facility for 10 days, from 22 to 31 July 2024... It was supposed to be our dream vacation and instead it turned out to be a nightmare. As soon as we arrived, we had the first negative impact at the reception (they didn't even offer us a glass of water)... We paid more to have the "Sea area, sea view" room, but they sent us to the furthest area possible where you could only see a forest, in the last room of the facility, called "Africa" ​​(obviously because of the distance from the services). Room and closet full of mold, wherever you turn you find poorly maintained and old things. To move around the village, every day we spent 8 to 10 km walking. The parking lot is 135 steps uphill from the canteen, if you get there alive, you will definitely get heart disease. Let's not even talk about the photos they put on the hotel's official website, because they don't even represent 1% of what BAIA PARAELIOS actually is. A dilapidated structure that has not been renovated for at least 30 years and they should be ashamed to still keep it open and advertise it. The only positive thing was the people who worked in the structure, especially the entertainment guys who, despite not having any kind of material at their disposal, managed to make the evening hours at least livable. I also want to thank all the guests, because we found truly good people with whom, in misfortune, we also became friends. Baia Paraelios - once and never again!!!!!!!!!
