A very nice house

97 km southwest of Turku, to the sea / beach approx. 15 m. The beach is dredged, one has to go swimming from the pier, own beach line of 190 m, pier, rowing boat.Log cottage 2015, ground floor 30 m² + loft's floor area 20 m² (highest point 160 cm high).In the cottage there is living room-kitchen, sauna (wood-burning stove), shower / toilet (toilet is electric eco-toilet with freezing mechanism), sleeping loft with 4 beds, terrace. There is no fireplace.Air source heat pump (can be used for cooling also).Note!
