Half an hour from airport but a bit far from old town.
The beach was nice with relevant facilities.
However, this hotel is a bit old especially inside the room. Highly doubt if this is really worth 5 stars.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The airport to Ballymassol line has a stop at the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel's swimming pool is great, and the garden leads directly to the beach. Some of the beach chairs are under the palm trees so they won't get too hot. The shadows of the trees are dancing and it's very comfortable. Food prices are moderate and acceptable. Overall very satisfied.

Wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Limassol.It takes around 50 mins on the bus to get to the downtown.Overalll experience is very good.Great breakfast,loads of choice

Amazing if you just want to relax by the pool or beach. Much better than expected. Images don’t really do it justice. Service at the beach restaurant a bit slow though.

Once we arrived by our car, the first impression was average. Before we arrived to the hotel, we were assured that the hotel offers valet service, but instead they told us where to park the car ourselves. The guy who welcomed us was very friendly though as well as other staff members. Check in procedure was a mess. Before our arrival we were sent a weird form for 2 people where we had to upload our passport photo and provide our personal information multiple times which was very uneffective, because when we arrived on place we had to show the passport anyways. They did not ask us to charge some deposit and once we wanted to buy some food by the pool, the staff told us that it cannot be charged on our room, because we had no deposit and we had fo pay on spot. In other 5 star resorts it was no problem to sign the bill and pay jt later at checkout. Our room was big enough, but we could hear clearly the noise from the corridor and it even woke us up in the night. When we opened the balcony doors, there was a noise from the highway, so it had to be closed. On the bright side we liked the food quality, the variety of food on breakfast, very good coffee and fresh orange juice was amazing, pool was not heated and was very cold around 19 degrees Celsius, beach was perfectly clean as well as the water. It was good for swimming and i would recommend it for the families. Overall I would say it's 4 star hotel based on our visits in dozens of hotels around the globe.

This was our 3rd time as a couple and worst, We used to love the hotel hence why kept going back but since the take over and bar change to main reception and lack of entertainment would not recommend The staff Emanuelle especially from previous years was superb

we are very disappointed with the service of the hotel, especially the reception, namely a woman named Lubov , so it is not pleasant to express your disdain to the hotel guests! The key to our room did not work and we went down and up 4 times to open it. I appeal to the hotel administration, such people should not work at the reception who express their disdain to the guests right in their face!
