In general it was good. The stuff was very responsive. When we had a problem with our fridge, they replaced it very quickly. We appreciated the breakfast and the place for it was spacious.

Very simple breakfast, one of the simplest I have ever seen for €9 per person, very little. We asked for a double bed. They did not have it ready. The check-in was at 5:00 p.m. and on top of that they charged us a tax, which apparently is new in Portugal, of €4 for one day. I don't understand what has happened to the hotel. We have been many times and it is a chain that we like. We have been to all their hotels. The staff is too straight-laced. Not very close to customers, something else that is not common in the chain. Anyway, I hope that this review reaches everyone, mainly the hotel management.

Overall it was a good experience. The bedroom with bathroom includes a living room and a small kitchen. Access conditions to the SPA could be better, as we have to walk more than half the way along the street no matter which route we take, which becomes cold and unpleasant, perhaps covering the sides of the corridors and the passage on one side of the hotel for the other was a good option. The same happens when going to the restaurant. Many children in the pool and jacuzzi, jumping into the pool and running around the pool, which makes the space not very pleasant to use.
Breakfast is good, lots of bread, sweets, pastries and a coffee machine. However, for a 4* star hotel, there is little variety of fruit, there is no smoked salmon, avocado, or options for people with celiac disease, lactose-free milk only on request.
Very friendly staff and excellent cleaning!

Verzorgd modern hotel aan de getijdenrivier gelegen. Rustig door een ligging een eindje van de hoofdweg. Er is een parking aan het hotel. Wie geen vervoer heeft kan een taxi bestellen bij de receptie. Anders ver te voet stappen. Maaltijden in buffetvorm en verzorgd. Het restaurant is tevens bar bij het overloopzwembad gelegen. Mooi uitzicht met ligzetels en terras. WiFi gratis. Vriendelijke bediening.

Breakfast was cold. Living room chairs were the dirtiest I've seen. One wouldn't know unless the curtains are drawn. The hotel had no iron and there was a 12 hour wait to get them to straighten out folded clothes. Aside from the view and the spa, we didn't like the hotel.

We visited this hotel for a very short stay this week. What can we say other than just wow, this is the nicest, cleanest and most stunning hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are spotless and stunning, we had a balcony that overlooked the water and nature reserve (so much to see from storks to horses) I was obsessed with just watching the surroundings. The staff also at the hotel are faultless such lovely people and are generally interested in you as a person, we had so many conversations with them and they are all so so polite and generally helpful. Especially those in the restaurant. Hotel has so many facilities which are all clean and tidy and very well maintained, the food is also such a high standard and alot of choice. My husband and I have already decided to re book for 2025 and this time for alot longer as we are so desperate to come back to this wonderful place. Thankyou so so much for making our stay beautifully perfect.
