Hôtel vétuste, façade délabrée, pas de climatisation malgré la chaleur. Chambre avec miroirs cassés, odeur désagréable, meubles abîmés. Dans la salle de bain minuscule : moisissures, pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, rideau en mauvais état, deux robinets séparés rendant la température impossible à régler. De loin le pire Première Classe que j’ai testé. Réservation via Trip inutile : aucune info claire sur les clés ni les commodités.

Very warm welcome upon my arrival on site. Staff always attentive to customer expectations. Excellent exchanges and do not hesitate to spontaneously help customers. The staff has an ease of adaptation. Thank you very much for your services. And hats off to the one who welcomed me from my initial presentation at the counter: breakfast, iron, information about the laundry closest to the hotel (Queen ...). Thank you for everything, your generosity. I will recommend to my entourage if they ever pass through Tours.

Aging and very poorly maintained hotel. The VMC does not work, there are traces of mold on the walls and ceiling. Soap dispenser is broken, flush button is broken. The front door closes poorly, causing noise pollution.
