Petz Blossoms Chateau

I booked a room through ******* last minute as my mother in law flight was canceled, booking was done and paid through ******* and I got the confirmation email with the payment Once my mother-in-law arrived at the property, first the security personnel at the gate didn't allow her to enter the property as he said she didn't have a booking and when she showed him the confirmation email he said it was a scam and he even asked her if she has any US dollars, what a question from a security guard at a hotel entrance??? Second, the reception said they didn't receive any booking and she can't stay only one night as the minimum stay is 5 nights and she will have to pay them directly Third, the receptionist said they got a lot of scam bookings from ******* and they don't allow people to book in third-party OTA for the commission and the guest will have to pay them directly (( SO WHY YOU LIST YOUR PROPERTY IN OTA????)) All of this happened at 10 pm for a 60 years old lady traveling alone, luckily we have friends in Manila who went there and helped the old lady to check in another hotel People in this property are completely unprofessional and does not know anything about hospitality or professionalism and they try to get as much money from you even if you booked and paid This place is completely in our red zone and will never book this place ever again
