Excellent location and extremely clean! The owner T is an amazing guy he will help with anything you need. Luisa , his staff also makes sure everything is clean in your rooms. You have everything you need at this location a washing machine , a shower in the garden and a bbq for all your needs!

A very pleasant place to stay We stayed at Milonas House for a few days and were satisfied with everything. The room was clean, well-equipped, with a kitchen and a balcony. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and there are shops and taverns nearby. The hosts were friendly and helpful when needed. A good option for a peaceful seaside holiday.

При поездке на море приоритетом в выборе поселения у нас была близость пляжа. Но когда мы заселились в номер, наш выбор в пользу Milonas House полностью оправдался : уютный номер, вид с балкона на море, чистота, близость пляжа, тихий спокойный отдых, очень приветливый и доброжелательный хозяин Тасос. Он действительно и от души старается сделать пребывание в апартаментах комфортным, очень внимателен к гостям. Для русскоговорящих, к сожалению, есть небольшие языковые проблемы. Но при современных технологиях и обоюдных желаниях все решается. Так что проблемы в общении были незначительные. Кроме того, нам очень повезло с погодой, теплым морем. Хотим еще раз выразить нашу благодарность Тасосу и его сотрудникам за прекрасно проведенное время, желаем Вашей семье благополучия и хорошего бизнеса. Если представится возможность, мы обязательно приедем в Milonas House!

В начале июня мы забронировали номер на август месяц, где была указана цена - 830 евро. Сказали, что можете заплатить по приезде. Однако, спустя месяц, вдруг цена меняется на 980 евро. Мы были в шоке! Должны были доплатить ещё 150 евро- для нас это большие деньги. Жаль, конечно, что с самого начала нас постигло разочарование. Чтобы избежать такой проблемы, делайте скриншоты! Каждую ночь, в 4 часа утра, будил нас мусоровоз, который забирал мусор с грохотом. Большое количество комаров не давали нам спать. В поселке продукты питания стоили в полтора раза дороже, чем в городе Маудания. Мы ходили туда пешком за продуктами и водой. В Моудания по средам бывает базар, где можно купить рыбу, фрукты и другие продукты очень дёшево. Базар начинается с утра до 13:00. Лучше туда подходить к 12:00, к этому времени крестьяне скидывают цены. Фрукты в Греции нам очень понравились: они сладкие и сочные! Местоположение апартаментов отличное. Номер уютный, есть всё необходимое. В ванной комнате есть фен. Хорошо было бы заменить крючки, чтобы не падали полотенца. В номере есть отличный балкон, большой, с навесом. Есть стол и стулья. На балконе есть веник, совок и швабра - это очень нужно и удобно. Номера убирались, персонал приветливый. За презент Тассосу спасибо.

I have been around Greece many times, but this time I loved it in all ways, thanks to this house and its owner Tasos who made our vacation very special. This house is near to the beach and very close to daily facilities. It is very clean and the staff Joana and Tasos are perfect people who made us to extend vacation more than booked. It was a very quite silent place during the night and we slept very well all the night. I booked this house for my parents too in August. I hope you all understand how satisfied I was. For sure I will come back to this house and I will recomend to all my friends. P.S: Tasos gave us a special gift before leaving. Me and my family will not forget his smiley face 😊 Thanks again Tasos for everything and for the great vacation 🙏🏼
