I had thought I forgot to bring my swimsuit and didn't know what to do. It turned out that the small hot spring was indoors. The natural hot spring was very comfortable. My skin felt very good after soaking. The proprietress was also very enthusiastic. It was very late that day and the supermarket at the door was closed. The proprietress drove us to a farther place to buy things.

The cups were very dirty, the dirtiest in any New Zealand hotel I've stayed in. The facilities were very good, with an outdoor hot spring in one room. This kind of facility costs NZD 175 for 3 people, which is very cost-effective in New Zealand. Because Parakai is a hot spring area, the natural hot spring is really comfortable. Self-service check-in and check-out is common in New Zealand, but unfortunately, the wifi was broken. Ctrip was very responsible and kept contacting the hotel (because there was no one in the office), and finally refunded me 100 yuan. Thumbs up. Recommended to stay, but it is recommended to bring your own cups and other utensils.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool in each unit. The privacy provided allowed for complete relaxation and rejuvenation, making it feel like a personal oasis. The mineral-rich water in the pools was incredibly soothing, and I felt the benefits on my skin and overall well-being almost immediately.
I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in a private, serene setting.

Great unit, really good facilities, and the hot pool was private and a good size.
Friendly and helpful manager, only small issue we couldn't get the TV to work... only a static picture... otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice and close to shops and playground.
Pool was way smaller than in the photo. No hand soap in bathroom. The drain blocked while we were there and we couldnt use the toilet.
Had a lovely time, nice soak in hot pool. Very relaxing just a few disappointing things that let our trip down.
