This was the perfect place to stay while in Lugano Paradiso. The room was comfortable and clean, the balcony was an extra bonus. It's close to everything we wanted to see and do. We would definitely recommend it.

Per fortuna abbiamo prenotato una camera per una sola notte. Una camera inadeguata con un bagno difficile da commentare: porte vecchie riverniciate chissà quante volte, lampadine cimiteriali e arredi da dimenticare. Sicuramente una recensione ultra negativa per un’esperienza da non ripetere.

L'Hotel si trova vicino alla stazione di Lugano Paradiso e alla Funicolare di San Salvatore, in una via tranquilla. Con una piacevole passeggiata, in circa quindici minuti, si raggiunge il centro di Lugano. La camera assegnata era spaziosa e pulita. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits lors du weekend du jeûne à 2 couples, nous avons trouvé notre séjour très moyen en regard du prix égal à des hôtels bien mieux entretenus au fil du temps. Les chambres étaient propres sans soucis sur cet aspect, mais des chambres très anciennes avec de la literie dépareillée , du carrelage rafistollé par ci et par là de la salle de bain, un tuyau de douche de 1.20 mètres, donc pour quelqu'un qui mesure 1.86 mètres tu te douches assis.... un lavabo à 90 centimètres.... Le bouquet c'est le petit déjeuner, 1 sorte de charcuterie, du jambon d'épaule, 1 sorte de fromage, du Fontaine, fromage bon marché, un jus d'orange qui est délavé à l'eau, bref pas top pour un repas de réveil pour passer une belle journée active... Sinon, collaborateurs agréables et sympas et propreté très correct malgré tout. Dommage pour le reste, mais on ne peut que s'améliorer.

J’y étais souvent allée avec mes parents étant plus jeune mais là, ça n’a plus rien à voir. Le déjeuner est devenu médiocre, pas de choix, tout est précuit, confitures en petites portions, yogourts chauds, etc Il manquait les couverts à table, la poubelle de table, etc…la dame qui s’occupait du déjeuner ne bougeait absolument pas le petit doigt. La chambre est très simple mais trop petite et de plus surchargée par de gros meubles inutiles. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, elle n’avait pas les bons branchements à l’arrière. La climatisation également ne fonctionnait pas. La chambre n’a même pas été nettoyée le 2 eme jour, nous n’avions donc plus de papier wc. Nous n’avons pas croisé une seule fois une femme de ménage. Les propriétaires ne font qu’encaisser… Je n’y retournerai plus !!

This hotel appeared at the top when searching for a cheap hotel on the road via google (preliminary work done at home). Called on the way, there was 1 room left. Hotel is very dated, breakfast is sufficient, little choice. The P was somewhere further on in the parking garage, 15, - Little luxury for the price.
