Excellent hotel.
We had a room with access to the pool. The conditions are excellent. The service is top notch.
Not far along the coast is the Paracas embankment with restaurants and cafes.

La verdad por lo q pagas no lo merece. Hay otros resorts que t dan los deportes aquí no. Se supone daban piscina natural gratis, x el clima no se podía asi q deberían compensar con otras cosas. El restaurante buenos los platos pero el servicio del personal lento y si es en piscina peor y eso no incluye en tu estadía. Si quiera por ser así deberían atender bien y rápido. X eso varios se van a comer fuera pq los precios tb son caros y va x tu cuenta. Y mi cena de cumple m apuraron pq cerraban a las 10pm y encima m cobraron rápido para salir. No deberían poner un restaurante nikkei si no van a atender al 100%. Hasta en otros lugares t cantan por el cumple o t dan tu dulce. Y eso todo lo pagas. Si incluye desayuno . El spa tb t lo pagas hay descuentos para los huéspedes. Pero decepción si comparas con otros resorts. Cuíden a su clientela.

Al llegar nadie te recibe, se entiende que están ocupados y evidentemente con poco personal, pero un “buenas tardes ya te atiendo” no cuesta nada. Yo que trabajo en hotelería se los digo. Después cuando te atienden son muy amables pero ya te quedas con el sabor de boca del inicio. El Spa no tenia piscina funcionando y aunque pagues un servicio no te incluye el jacuzzi. Tienes que pagar aparte. La cena en el veranda, que es de pago adicional claro, todo fue bien y los platillos estaban ricos. Ya en el desayuno que es un poco básico para un 5 estrellas, te cobran si quieres un capuchino por ejemplo, solo tienes el clásico con o sin leche. La ambientación es bastante agradable. La habitación muy bien también y super cómoda. Pero por estos pequeños detalles que siempre son los que hacen la diferencia, no volvería y no lo recomendaría.

Aranwa Hotel in Paracas is absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The hotel itself is spacious, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered an incredible view of the bay — waking up to that scenery was a dream. Everything about our stay was relaxing and top-notch. Highly recommended! A special thank you to Luis and his team, who made us feel welcome from the beginning to the end of our stay.
