The hardware looks relatively old, but the environment is really great. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the small balcony. The food in the restaurant downstairs is also good, and the price/performance ratio is OK.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. Loved the pool! The breakfast buffet was very good.

Wonderful resort
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Rooms are large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet had lots to choose from. Pool is huge and there is lots to do for all ages.

El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones amplias con aiere acondicionado ideal para la zona, tambien cuenta con picina muy amplia, la atencion del personal fue muy buena, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Definitivamente un lugar especial para quedarse.

Desde el instante en que llegue hasta mi partida, el gran equipo de servicio está dedicado a anticipar mis necesidades y superar sus expectativas con dedicación y discreción. Su personal de soporte están por todos lados y siempre tendrás una atención constante y personalizada. La seguridad es ahora muy importante por ello no tuve ningún problema todo en orden Sin duda, recomendaré el hotel San Agustín y espero volver pronto para disfrutar nuevamente de su hospitalidad, me he llevado un bonito recuerdo con mi familia.
