The hardware looks relatively old, but the environment is really great. You can watch the sunrise and sunset from the small balcony. The food in the restaurant downstairs is also good, and the price/performance ratio is OK.

Me encantó mi estadía en este hotel, los cuartos super limpios y ordenados, el servicio excelente y siempre atento a lo que necesites en especial el señor Juan Huaman, excelente el servicio que me ofreció en mi estancia en San Agustín te trata con amabilidad y siempre dispuesto a atenderte. En especial el sábado que estuve hubo un bingo junto con una fogata que me pareció una muy buena forma de hacer convivir a los huéspedes.

Hotel súper lindo! Excelente atención, especial nuestro mesero Uber y Karen. Nos encantó el ambiente, la piscina y la comida 10/10 puntos! Muy recomendado. Noté que también es bastante accesibles para personas adultas mayores 🤍🤍🤍 volveré!

Gutes Hotel und Restaurant mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Ozean und einem kleinen Gebirge. Der örtliche Hafen inklusive Strand ist direkt vor der sauberen Poolanlage. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal im gesamten Hotel. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber. Die Betten sind etwas härter aber super bequem und nicht durchgelegen. Leider musste ich schon mehrmals das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Klimaanlage ständig defekt war. Eventuell sollten die Klimaanlagen mal ordentlich gewartet und instand gesetzt werden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel auch recht hellhörig und laut. Alles in allem würde ich bei der nächsten Geschäftsreise dennoch wiederkommen.
