This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in as a black station. The hotel cleaner thought we were checking out, (actually just checked in) and threw away all our luggage. There were underwear, shirts and my medicine in it, but at least From the beginning to the end, there was no apology. The rogue paid 150 for the loss of 500 Euros. Thanks to Ctrip for your help, although we only got 150 in the end, Ctrip reduced our room fee for one night. The gentleman who has lived aloof from the world all his life is so angry that he sighs that there is such a rascal and unreasonable hotel in this world. When we got the 150 compensation, we asked us to sign and not talk nonsense on the Internet, which is a guilty conscience.

31.08.25 17:00: Pool bar, asked to vacate table (on arrival when first reuniting with Cyprus family) so evening dining tables could be laid. 6:30pm: attempt to dine at pool bar, Italian, that we were asked to vacate at 5pm, as they were preparing for evening service, doesn’t open till 8pm. Advised to get a quick snack at reception bar. 6:45 order drinks and food at reception bar. 7:20 drinks arrive after chasing. Son fallen asleep. 7:40 food arrives, after chasing, no chips. Despite serving staff walking around unoccupied. We now have our incomplete meals and are dry for drinks. We are all turning around clearly signally the need for service. I walk to the bar and ask for drinks explaining we are trying to eat meals without any drinks. ‘Nickos’ (bar supervisor) approaches me and asks in a threatening manner, what is the problem? Mansplains me, aggressively; “40 mins for food is normal” Not in a 5 star hotel, I comment, if we’d been warned we’d have got a sandwich from the shop. I was offered complimentary drinks and said I’m not paying at all. 1st night at the hotel. The waitresses agreed with me that the supervisor was very rude and that the service was unacceptable, but out of their control. Made me anxious. We didn’t eat our meals and vacated.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area, and the service is top-notch, demonstrating great care for its guests every day. The food is varied, with daily themed dinners and excellent a la carte restaurants. It's close to a sandy beach and the sea, also sunbeds are free for hotel guests. Furthermore, the entertainment team is fantastic and unique, giving their all every day and making our stay enjoyable. This hotel is definitely worth the price and we highly recommend it!
