Super Hotel!
Habe wirklich nicht erwartet für den billigen Preis ein so modernes Hotelzimmer zu bekommen. Eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist direkt neben dem Hotel, super Pluspunkt.

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Hotel und hatten ein sehr schönes Comfort Doppelzimmer mit Balkon. Im Bad befand sich eine ebenerdige, geräumige Dusche. Die Matratze hatte eine angenehme Härte. Das Frühstücksbuffet war Superklasse. Und die Freundlichkeit des Personals, auch untereinander, ist ebenfalls erwähnenswert.

Familiengeführtes Hotel am Stadtrand von Papenburg. Das kostenlose WLAN funktioniert gut. Kostenfreie Parkplätze sind am Haus vorhanden. Zwei abschließbare Fahrradschuppen mit Ladestationen. Ein Restaurant ist nicht angeschlossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig mit guter Auswahl und Kaffeespezialitäten aus dem SB-Automaten.. Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption und nettes Personal im Frühstücksraum. Der Zimmerservice mit Reinigung und Wäschewechsel funktionierte nicht ganz so gut. Unser Comfort-DZ war zwar recht klein, aber modern möbliert und wirkte durch die geschickte Einrichtung und helle Farbgestaltung eher größer. Sehr angenehm und hygienisch der Fußboden in Parkettoptik. Ein kleiner Balkon zum Garten hin war mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen ausgefüllt. Auch das Bad war recht klein aber modern mit stufenlos begehbarer Dusche. Toilette leider nicht separat. Im Zimmer war ein großer Flachbild-Fernseher sowie ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee vorhanden. Einen Kühlschrank konnte man nur gegen Gebühr zusätzlich ins Zimmer bekommen. Unser Zimmer zum Südwesten mit Blick in den Garten war sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel liegt am Rand des Ortskerns von Papenburg in einem Gewerbegiet. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten an der zentralen Meile Haupkanal, benachbart ist der Stadtgarten und zum alten Hafen sind es ebenfalss nur wenige Gehminuten. Vom Hotel aus starten zahlreiche Radwege in die Umgebung mit einem ausgezeichnet ausgeschilderten Radwegenetz.

Uitstekend hotel. Grote schone kamers met zeer goede bedden. Nette badkamer met staande douche. Vriendelijke en duidelijke behandeling bij ontvangst. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt voor kleine prijs. Voor de rest is Papenburg niet echt een opwindende plaats.

Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert. Sauber , leckeres und sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, geräumige Zimmer, modern, Parkplätze vorhanden und auch die Lage ist gut. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht genutzt.

We booked this hotel based on the descriptions and photos. To get a good room we booked the deluxe room, bigger and better equipped than the standard. On arrival we were allocated room 3 on the ground floor. The room was much smaller than expected based on the photos. There were no curtains to black out so at 5am the bright daylight shone through the very thin almost transparent sunscreen. There was also a lot of noise in the hallway from 5:30 am from other guests and cleaning / kitchen staff. The breakfast for Euro 12.50 was of very poor quality and limited choice. All in all a disappointing overnight stay. The location in town is good. Parking places were available.
