首先，4.9分給服務，總體是滿意的，有問必答，幾個小姑娘提行李二話不説。沒有5分是因為希望給點上升空間，比如擦身而過的一個笑臉哈。優點：地理位置好，景區內，據説有棧道可以看日落，但是太可惜了，大雨啥也沒有看到，門都出不去，全是霧，當然這並非民宿的問題。房間細節基本是滿意的，乾濕分離做的也不錯，提點建議：衣撐太少了，完全不夠用。洗衣房建議增加洗衣機和烘乾機，一台也是完全不夠用，而且建議增加洗衣筐和洗衣袋，很多客人洗完的衣服拿出來不知道應該放在那裡，不方便下一位使用。然後停車場全是泥巴，真的建議花點錢搞成水泥的，否則長者一旦滑倒就是重傷。最後提一下交通，旺季管制，按照管家的建議遊覽完百草坪再回民宿。結果交警就不讓往回開了，讓我出景區繞行，簡直是開玩笑，這出去還不得倆小時。這不是民宿的問題，但絕對應該民宿去協調。我們在2號門那裡被迫等了一個小時，才同意逆行。如果不能協調交通，那就不要給建議旺季去坡上草原百草坪之後再回民宿了，否則就會很尷尬。

暑假去烏蒙大草原推薦住這裏，環境很好，陽台出去就是大草原，小朋友很喜歡，草原温度涼爽，夕陽很美，還會再去。

屬於烏蒙大草原中央，去周邊景點都很方便，服務也挺周到。就是房源比較緊張，需要提前很久去關注或者時刻刷新一下，看一下有沒有其他客人退房。

想給烏蒙草原還有酒店一個大大的贊，好的服務會一掃壞天氣帶來的鬱悶心情。雖然很不巧的趕上下雨天，但是烏蒙草原的旅遊體驗是值得推薦的，民風淳樸，物價也是可以接受的比較良心的。酒店的設施還是很有風情，住宿的感覺也不錯

設施：酒店風格屬於原木風的，整個裝修比較古樸，比較有質感，但是一樓下雨天靠近外面小院子的玻璃門漏水稍微有點嚴重
衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈，無論是浴室還是馬桶都很乾凈
環境：這裏環境巨美，原國營草場改建的，保留了一些國營草場的建築，這個民宿的位置非常優越，是整個景區景色最好的民宿，居住環境非常治癒，還會再來的
服務：酒店整體服務還可以，有小姑娘帶着去停車場，還算可以
